It should be every Saturday. Although I think the GM of the place wanted us on Friday, too, but we've got to break it to him that Friday's are dedicated to Buzz.

We were there last Saturday, but it was totally last minute, so nobody except the GM knew we were supposed to be there. The place is more of a lounge and not a danceclub, so the staff didn't really know what to make of us.

well now that you have regular weekly thingy you can mix it up more, some techy house and stuff. what does lou spin?
i dunno if the average joe-schmoe crowd of saturday night at adams morgan is fully prepared for the dark and tribal sounds of shadygroove, you might have to break them in gently.

Well, Lou is basically just starting out, so his record collection is a mix of older tunes and a few newer ones here and there. Mainly prog and tribal. He held his own for the most part Saturday night, though.

But yeah, I went through everything from Donna Summer to Terry Francis to Saeed & Palash to BLIM on Saturday night. Nobody threw up or anything, so I guess they'll get accustomed to it.

I think they want us on Friday of this week, which sucks since DH is also on Friday. We'll have to see if we can force our way in on Saturday. Otherwise, this week'll be a no go.
