posted: I'm too lazy to fabricate a html, so I admit that I'm full of bullshit. On a more serious note. Firstly, soulseek main server has been overloaded since the early summer (and there's only one server btw). No wonder, all these down times. Secondly, RIAA and similar organizations don't give a fvck about Soulseek. Remember that Soulseek was initially designed for sharing electronic music (not something RIAA is interested in). Plus, Soulseek is tiny comparing to GNUtella network. Kazaa is their enemy #1. Thirdly, Soulseek is based in Europe, so very unlikely it will get shut down ever. Fourthly, at people who cannot live a single day without Soulseek. -Roman S, the guy who originally posted the RIAA thing Happy, Kuro? that is all -- feel free to hi jack now

From SoulSeek's official FAQ page... 4th February 2003 - The server (& website) are offline temporarily. As I understand it, normal service will be resumed in a couple of days time, after the server has been moved. Don't panic.
