I didnt even notice the ingriedeient list under the huge flap that the nutrition label is on. eeek. oh wait, it says "The vitamin, mineral and protein nutrition of one cereal serving plus 1/2 cup milk. it can't be that bad for you :O). 160 calories, 16 g sugar, 4 g fat. Whatever it tastes good. I have nothing to worry about anyway. Dance it off by the end of the weekend and you'll be fine.
