3 The Hard Way, sparked by 2AM Artists and powered by Final Scratch fuses the lines between digital and analog. Masters of 4 turntable simulations and scratch duets, Faust and Shortee, alongside Perseus, turntablist genius and technical innovator, add new dimensions to vinyl manipulation. The mission is executed with the flexibility of a live performance but still finessed with the sensibilities of vinyl, turntables and mixers, bridging the gaps between live performance, live remixing and traditional record rocking. The goal is to stretch the limitations of conventional mixing into live shows by incorporating the live manipulation of digital media via turntables and the Final Scratch system. In the evolution of turntable music and how it is performed, 3 visionaries push these limits forward. Pioneers of scratch music and mega-mixed sets Faust and Shortee have rocked crowds from coast to coast as well as internationally earning them an ever-growing rep for their unique chemistry on and off stage. DMC Champ and veteran juggler Perseus has battled his way to the top, and continues to break barriers in the mixed music arena. Together they are 3 The Hard Way and Final Scratch is the conduit through which their funky souls speak.
