why is there nothing open in dc at night...

where can you get some decent food late at night in dc, besides the georgetown cafe...i like that place, but it gets lame going there all the time...

plus, what's going on during the weekends...any good lounges, where you can just sit with a glass of red wine, and listen to some good jazz/drum & bass/ambient/whatever?

kinda wary about clubbing nowadays...my heart's not into it like it used to be...
