Mobile Phone Plans

Today is the day that I get to change my phone plan and keep my number.

So let's have it. Who likes their service, hates their service and why?

I can't wait to get away from Ntelos. I'm not sure y'all have them up in the DC area, but their customer service has got to be the worst in the business.

verizon since '96 or '97. cost a little more, but they have the best coverage. used it all over the country and have never had a problem. not a great selection of phones though.

I have t-mobile. I did hear some people complain about it, but it works for me - also use it all over the US and Canada and never had a problem.

i have at&t. haven't had any problems till recently but that's 'cause my little 3-year old red bitch phone is on its last leg

love my sprint phone. great coverage (they've made HUGE progress, esp. in this area) and crystal clear call quality. (Wow... talk about alliteration.)

sprint. i've never had problems with it, even with my 1980's cell phone, i've got nothing to complain about. i had more probelms with AT&T when I had it 3 years ago.

I have sprint now, it's alright, had better service when I was with at&t, but their plans were ripping me off, so now I got sprint... sick of my phone already cause the majority of sprint phones are flips, and don't like flips... but oh well...

it's the only phone I use, including for business use which my company gives me ~$100/mo for.
