Currently, Stevie has been concentrating on his career as a soulful house and classics DJ, as well as a producer._His unique combination of organic styles, ranging from deep to rhythmcentric, also includes a wide range of underground disco/left-field classics and their related genres._In October 2000, he began as solo resident for his own party called, "Sunday Shoutin,'" at the popular DC nightspot Andalu._Guests at his party included Antonio Ocasio (Tribal Winds, NY); Boo Williams (Diaspora); Anderson Soares (Sao Paulo, Brasil); Phil Asher (Restless Soul, UK); Miguel Migs, Rasoul, and Lisa Shaw (Naked Music). Locally, he is also Summer resident at M3 Music's Sunday twilight party, "Sunset Soiree Sessions" on the roof top of Club 5 playing a mix of reggae, classics, and world music._Stevie has also opened for the Afro-Beat musician, Femi Kuti, when he performed in DC for his "Shoki Shoki" Tour and has supported local house music DJs, Doug Smith (95 North Records) and Pope and Oji (Poji Records) at The Sanctuary, another underground weekly house party.
