THE WHITE PARTY Of all our theme parties, the annual White Party is the most extravagant and popular. Taking place at the start of the winter holiday season, the white party has its roots in the circuit parties of sunny South Beach. Here in DC, whitewashed walls on Art Deco architecture don't really abound like they do in Miami, so the mood has shifted to a more seasonally-appropriate snow and winter wonderland theme. Miami's RKM performance artists will dazzle the crowd with elaborate theme-relevant décor and bizarre dance performances, while Scott Henry fuels the main room with four hours of hands-in-the-air, sonic pandemonium.
