This is the 8th Annual Starscape Music and Arts Festival that will feature 4 stages of music, a fully installed art gallery, a 30-foot live graffiti wall and much much more. The music stages will feature a number of live bands, world renowned DJs, dancer performances, and other various types of performances. The night is highlighted by the beautiful sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay.

Live Stage: The Disco Biscuits, Medeski Martin & Wood, All Mighty Senators, Soldiers of Jah Army and Pasadena. Also special DJ performances by DJ Impulse, Adam T Rush and Lonnie Fisher.

Buzz Stage: Live Performances by Uberzone & BT (Laptop Symphony). Also special DJ performances by Donald Glaude, Scott Henry, DJ Feelgood, Mike Myers, Buster, DJ Sun, DJ Figment, Joe Kopasek and DJ Lantern.

Drum n' Bass Stage: DJ Craze, Total Science, Breakage, The Ram Session f/ Subfocus, Red-One & Shimon, Evol Intent, Karl K, Rev-E, Bobby Jae, Schematics f/ Shaded Intellect, GoGo13 & MC Nemesis and Muramosa.

House Stage: East Coast Boogiemen, Jeff Craven, DJ Lovegrove, DJ Who, Adam Auburn and Soulminer.
