What is "PsyTrance?" Is it somehow different from regular Trance? What, does it have less fairy breakdowns or something?

I'll definitely go check out some psytrance since I still don't know what it is. Otherwise I'll probably be bouncing around or in the breaks area. At 3 it's all about Acquaviva, though.

Psy trance (ie, psychadelic trance) aka goa trance...not sure how to describe it, other than hard, fast and complex. Many elements of acid trance are used, and is in the vicinity of 160 - 200 BPM.
Some really good artists are Infected Mushroom (dark psy trance), Astral projection (they use a lot more synth riffs), Raja Ram, Spirit Zone, Hallucigen (sp??)...
I haven't heard of any of the ppl spinning at Starscape, but Ihave my fingers crossed.
