All I gotta say is that this will be my first time attending the Winter Music Conference, and I was worried about where to stay & getting the best possible deal...
I'm glad I called Brian from running across this post on Cool Junkie..!! I'm up here in New York & am totally astonished at his level of professionalism.
Point being that I booked WAYYY early with him so that I knew I had my accomodations set... He got me a room that was going for nearly $800 a night down to $528 per night!! I'll be staying from the 24th to the 30th!!
As if that wasn't a good enough deal as it was... He 'just' called me back the other day & said due to the bad ecomomy the hotels are PUSHING better deals so he let me know that I can get that same-exact Luxurious room down to $355 a night!!! He was kind enough to cancel my other booking out at no penalty to me and booked me at the new rate for the same room!! I never knew that I could've even got a better deal!!
BRIAN is the MAN!!! Party People..!! Now I have a whole bunch of dough saved for more FUN & the LADIES of-course!!! =)

If you find this information useful please feel free to tell a friend. . The rates on most of the hotels in South Beach have raised to 15% to 20% for Spring Break and the WMC this year comparing to last, most likely because the fallen economy as they know they will sell out anyways over spring break. I negotiated a ton of rates with the vendors this year. Don't get gouged by the vendors or Expedia, Travelocity or Hotels.com. I have access to all 3 of their data bases anyways to sell rooms from and I can tell you the only time you get a good deal from an internet rates are when the prices are 30% to 40% off. I have deals that save several hundreds and up to a couple thousand dollars from what the public is normally paying for over WMC week. If you are interested in my services or have any friends who might be attending WMC this year feel free to share my information with them which I have given.

My rates are sick this year. Just book em in advance so you don't get taken advantage of by the vendor when you do it last minute. I have negotiated rates, promotional rates, NET rates, and Internet rates available to just about every room in every hotel. You will save a grip. Contact info is on the flier below and send the check n and check out dates desired with a few hotels you want me too look up.
I took a sample of a few rates from various hotels. And threw it out there for ya. These were quoted last night so I'm sure they are the same still. These are from check in May 23- May 26 checkout. Fri, Sat, and Sun, Monday check out. I have access to Net, Preferred, and Promotional rates on hotel which are saved for travel agents only. I am a member of www.ccratravel.com which is for travel agents only. Almost everything on the internet is sold out which are called "internet rates" on sites like Expedia, Orbitz, etc but I still have my hand in most everything and can find you a room with out charging the hell out of you.
