"I Want you back" is a great example of what Mello loved and appreciated about today's soulful house music. The vocals here are by new comer and future legend Kayla Dawn. On keys we have Mr. Darren Brandon aka Dj Quad aka Donnie Tempo. On Remix duty we have the U.K.'s Jonny Montana along with Chicago's Gary Cummings, Greg Grey & Tim McAlister aka MC Edits. SARA1002 Napoleons “3 Blessed Minds EP
We are pleased to bring you work from a great upcoming group from South Africa named the Napoleons. This ep features 2 vocal tracks and 2 instrumental tracks. If you are a fan of deep house you will no doubt notice the quality put into each of the Napoleons productions. The first track, which features Nana, is simply titled “Loveâ€. This universal song has vocals everyone can identify with. The vocal styling is similar to Brucie’s vocals on the Black Coffee hit “Supermanâ€. The 2nd vocal track is titled “I wishâ€. This song is a deep groover over tribal beat featuring the vocals of Beeman. The feel here is very smooth with tightly placed chords. The 3rd track titled “Green Clouds†takes the ep into deep tech house territory. This one is sure to get the dance floor moving when dropped at the right time. The last track titled “Deep Talk†is an instrumental designed to have an impact on the deep house floor as well. This one definitely has the heads in mind. We hope you enjoy this excellent ep as much as we do by the Napoleons.

He has released albums & singles on respected labels such as King Street, Planet E, R2, 20:20 Vision, KMS, Guidance & Life Line. Alton’s Sound has always been deep and soulful with just the right amount of energy for the dance floor. This EP fills that order.
The “Life Changes EP†features 3 tracks of pure deep house soul. “Inside Out†instantly hits you with the funk and vibe of the deep dance floor. Miller’s signature Moog keyboard lines are in full supply on this one. “Feel About Me†is best described as a smooth atmospheric ride laid over a tight groove. Alton add his own vocal to this one to enhance the feeling. The last one in the set is “You & Meâ€. This is the deepest one but definitely not one to be slept on. We hope you enjoy this ep as much as we do.

It’s time for Smooth Agent to drop some deep African grooves with the 2012 mixes of the Mushroom Boyz “Slave Songâ€. The original “Slave Song†was included on the acclaimed “Naheng EPâ€. This sets includes four different perspectives to the classic song. First up is Cali’s house ledgend Stephen Rigmaiden giving his rendition for the deep peak hour dancefloor., Up second is Amsterdam’s Jason Cheiron who is a rising star with his intricate afro productions. From South Africa’s the original song’s origin we have Darque who is renowned African talent. To put the icing on this release we have one of the Atlanta GA’s biggest dj’s & dance producers Salah Ananse. With such a classic song Smooth Agent had to get a stellar class of producers to work their grooves on this release. SAR1052 Melvin Meeks “Time 2 Dance†(Karu & Sean Smith Mixes) Smooth Agent
In the tradition of the classic Chicago house sound we present the “Time 2 Dance Ep†by Melvin Meeks. The title track was original released on the 1st Chicago ep a few years back. The track also features legend Paul Johnson on vocals as well as collaborative help. The tracks Funky Melody & Momentum Swing both have a strong classic Chicago vibe. As with most of Mr. Meeks tracks these are geared at the peak of the party.
On remix duty for “Funky Melody†we have Karu & Smooth Agent’s owner Sean Smith. Karu’s mix takes original to deep tech house territory. If you have not heard one of Karu’s productions get ready to be taken to a few musical places. This mix will definitely not disappoint. Sean Smith’s take on “Funky Melody†takes the track in to Chicago house territory with a lil nu disco flavor as well. For an extra spin on the situation Sean strips down the track with his deep drops dub. This one is basically a melody with classic drops for the dj. We hope this one finds you well.
