that's just crazy and unsafe. im so glad I wore my babushka hat today and new down winter coat. 8) definitely coming down to Fl soon...I love the feeling of leaving NYC's harsh winter and in 2.5 hours stepping off in warm South Florida...

is awesome. The last two times i saw him, I've really enjoyed his sets. I went to a house party spontaneously this past sat night....ended up getting quite lit there on free booze and shots....aryn and I rounded a few people up and we went to Crobar and the place was packed....nice to see a good vibe and cool people....this was a special night and it wasnt just bridge and tunnel kids....aryn and I immediately got on the dance floor and had a great time....stayed for an hour or two and left at 3:15. I was a little too drunk and acting a bit obnoxious. anyway, turbo, sorry we never met up....i didnt think i was going to go out and i feel kinda bad since you were asking me earlier what my deal was for the night. back to david morales...he's great. I heard Junior was offthehook as well, spun til 4 or 5 in the afternoon. I had a friend come over who left Junior around 1pm and she said it was still packed when she left.

I know that food alone doesnt give the body all the vitamins and nutrients it needs. That is clear and proven. I want to get myself on a healthy regimine of a Multivitamin + a few other essentials...who on here knows the deal and can tell me exactly what I need? I'm 24, male, in good health and physical shape...I work alot, go to the gym (cardio only) eat lots of protein and carbs. I tried to go to the Vitamin store today in union Sq. but I got overwhelmed and the clerks were useless.

im really interested to see how the quality of the audio and video is.....it's really difficult to pull something like this off well...im not a big armin fan, but for clubbing in general this might become a really popular way for people not in attendance to still see what goes on.

you're not missing much...it's gross, disgustingly wet and cold for the past two days. It has been practically dark outside by 3pm...you have to hold your unbrella against the wind gusts so it doesnt flip inside out.
