b2b, Maas IMO isn't all that. He's a better producer/remixer than he is a dj. His set consisted of like 90% of his material which I found sort of boring. The rest of the club was havin' it. I'm just a picky bastard. You should maybe check out Twilo when Timo opens up for Deep Dish. I think October 13th if Im not mistaken.

It looks like Yoshi...2 got pushed off a bit. Release was supposed to be in early October. I need to get my hands on a promo. These guys, once again, pushing the envelope.

I find that this cd has longevity. You can play this cd a year from now and it won't sound dated. Sort of how cd1 of Athens is. It took me awhile to get into GU10, but now I see that Danny was ahead of his time with his Athens release. London blows Athens out of the water. I'm glad that the boxed boys gave DT another oppurtunity to prove to everyone that he indeed is the best dj around. Not only sticking to one style or genre, but appreciating ALL QUALITY MUSIC; I wouldn't recommend this cd to everyone. It's a bit on the deep side. Too deep for many on this board. I don't know why a lot of people are slaggin Coxey. Have any of you guys seen this dj work? Just look at what he's doing the next time he spins at Twilo. He's technically one of the best djs out there, not to mention a very nice guy. I prefer Coxy when he spins at Space. That's when u see his tru colors at his best. He plays anything from twisted, funky house all the way to techno and anything in between. Brilliant! His next set at Twilo is supposed to reflect just that. PVD ranked 39. That's about right... "What have you done for me lately????"

Comped? Good luck. BE glad that there's a reduced list floating around. They want to pack it in as early as possible. They don't want an empty club for Howells. Webflyer aren't good anymore for Saturdays. Only Twilo cards.

Who in the hell is JV?? Stop misinforming the poor guy to a crap party. If you like Sasha & Digweed, then I urge you to see Danny Howells, who in my opinion is one of the hottest djs of the moment. See for yourself... If you're into NY house, then Sound Factory or Exit would be more suitable for you. Good luck.

This cd was good but I thought it lacked longevity. Most of the tracks are dated... Putting Roaches on for over 8 min bore me to death. Having said that, a perfect example of a cd with longevity is GU017-Tenaglia London. It covers all angles. A lil' something for everyone.

It doesn't bother me that most mixes are 'pro-tooled' If Im paying top dollar for cds, you can bet your skippy I want them to sound perfect. They've already proved to the world time and time again that they can mix their ass off... If you listen to cds made a few years ago, most of them sound like crap.
