hi all,
i'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom anywhere west side chelsea or below.don't want to spend more than 1500. does anybody know of anything for september 1.
any help would be greatly appreciated

who really cares? i mean it's all about a beautiful day (hopefully) and a fantastic lineup of dj's and great music.

if you're staying in OB do not crank your music in the house after dark. as fun and crazy as it is out there, they got a lot of stupid crazy laws. they will ticket and fine you if the music is too loud, believe me from experience.
as far as the club scene goes, don't expect the city or the hamptons but then again that's why you were smart enough to go to FI. screw the pretentiousness of the Hamptons and enjoy yourself.
there's only a handful of places to choose from and unfortunately, the true NY club scene does not exist.
