Unfolding us deep into a hypnotic allure of ambient driven versatile beats, Danny Howells lashes out at the decks inviting us into his world of hybrid sounds and swallowed up synthy rhythms. Keeping us locked down with his nocturnal cuts of chocked-up beats, Dave Seaman comes to prove that the wiser breed still forefront the scene. In the Bar Maurice Fulton, Russ Cuban and Dee McAuley will be making frisky sound-waves playing off old school vibes against new school drops.

Twisting us back into a tornado of Tech-house, Pete Tong returns to bring another dark fantasy with ‘Wonderland.’ The night of weird and wonderful antics, welcomes frisky femme fatale dancers, trippy array of lights and music that captivates any mogul…Tossing up a blend of beats, Dirty Sound takes to the Box marking another set of wicked sounds- dark and beautiful crossing musical channels of House and techno. In the Bar, destroying the turntables and leaving a breathless crowd, Nufrequency, AFFKT and Nico de Ceglia will be flipping elements of pure House philosophy to shudder raw techno and grimy beats into a sound-storm of uncontrollable frenzy.

Cranking up the Box, Steve Lawler will be turning out his deep and bleepy beats, swaying bodies in a lucid daze of wreck- less Techno. Oliver Huntemann, Audiofly and Bearweasel take us 6ft under through turfed-up sounds, throwing nothing but Techy-synths as they follow, orbiting Lawlers distinct and chunky sounds…In the Bar, David k will be ‘rocking out beats a la parisienne,’ keeping the music melodic yet with an edge of rhythmic distortion. Joining him are Hugo and Dragosh, driving us through another night of glitchy, twisted beats.

To celebrate the release of his new Toolroom compilation album, Joachim Garraud will make an unprecedented performance at Ministry of Sound on Saturday 8th August.

Toolroom Knights pushes the boat out this Saturday with an intense line-up of worldly talents. Returning to his humble abode, Mark Knight will share his decks this month with impulsive sets from Joachim Garraud and Wolfgang Gartner, two leading names of the industry.

Victimising the soundsystem with his simultaneous bass-lines and forward thinking techy beats, Joachim Garraud makes his Toolroom debut. Diving deep into a full length journey of solid and robust swindled sounds, the savvy Frenchman will be spitting out his fable of ‘house.’

Joining him, Wolfgang Gartner follows suit with his puzzling and choppy beats. His blend of loose, weighty bass and angered electronic breaks are renowned for getting a crowd into a stimulating frenzy. Koen Groenveld goes deep, spinning elements of obnoxious techno, tip-toeing in murky minimal

Sweeping us into the darker shade of house the Bar gets dirty with reckless offerings from Juan Kidd, Tim Weeks and Pete Griffiths. continuing this episode of cryptic beats, Juan Kidd roars out polished synths and grimy rhythms. While both Tim Weeks and Pete Griffiths churn out obscure and devilish teched-out tones.

Toolroom Knights continues to go from strength to strength as it set the standards once again with another episode of undisputed talent.

Twinned as being the first two super clubs either side of the ocean, this momentous occasion isn’t just a reunion but Shelter’s UK debut at Ministry of sound.

Founding Godfather Timmy Regisford, notorious for his endurance on the decks will be marking his territory as he rules the box taking us on a deep and soulful journey. Joining him for an exclusive live PA, Quentin Harris will be performing Shelter hit ‘cloud 9’ alongside soul sensation Donnie (Motown/ Soul Thought.) Better know for his DJ credentials this un- miss- able performance by Quentin Harris is a worldwide debut .

Having recently released a CD with Ministry Of Sound, UK favourite and long-time Shelter friend Jazzie B takes firm control of the bar, uniting the continents and enticing the crowd with his expertise in the very best of house.

Returning back into tested waters – VIVa Music gets set to cause a second stir with a return to its exclusive new home on 16th May at Ministry Of Sound.

After causing chaos with its fiery launch,VIVa Music has joined forces with Ministry Of Sound in making it, its exclusive humbling abode. Like proud parents - boasting the success of the roadblock party back in January, with Steve Lawler and special guest Adam Beyer, we now prepare for the next instalment of this exciting new residency on Saturday 16th May. We can now confirm that VIVa will be back throughout the year with three more special parties.

A one man showcase that expels any preconception of electronic music, rocking the decks for an unquestionably welcomed return, Steve Lawler will be stomping Ministry Of Sound’s infamous Box on Saturday 16th May with a driving 3 hour set. Joining him in his crusade, special guest Paul Kalkbrenner of Ellen Allien’s bpitch control label will be playing his first live set in London of 2009. Established German DJ/Producer; Marc Romboy joins this army of high profiled talent to cause a storm on the dance floor. After fathering successful Label ‘Systematic,’ which plays home to some of Europe’s biggest DJ offerings, the pioneer has rocked the airwaves with his distinctive style and mesmerising sound. With a guest appearance on Radio 1’s essential mix and a wave of releases to add to his back-catalogue, the man has spent the last decade rising from strength to strength. There’s no telling what this man will pull-out the bag, but it’s guaranteed to send the crowd into a frenzy, providing a range of ‘emotional’ techno to deep hypnotic beats.

Responsible for causing riot on the dance floor, producer of the moment, SIS will be headlining The Bar. With two of 2008’s biggest tracks, ‘Trompeta’ and ‘Nesrib’ under his belt, we can only foretell greatness as this rising superstar takes to the decks.

Striking gold for a second time, getting its feet firmly under the turntable - VIVa Music is sure to endure mass bedlam on south London’s, Elephant and Castle. They say all good things come in three’s, letting you into a little summer secret, VIVa Music will be keeping us toasted on Saturday 22nd August for another dosage of after light action.

As the founding father still revels in the success that has earned this progressive-house commander, extra stripes, Steve Lawler reminisces on the night VIVa Music popped its Ministry Of Sound cherry. “The First party was a huge success; we had Viva music artists in every room. The main room at Ministry is undoubtedly one of the best rooms in the entire world. MOS has gone through so much during its times, but that main room is untouchable it’s made for music and music only, there are no tables, no glitchy lights, no mirrors. Just a perfect square box for music. I love it.â€

More intoxicating magic from Renaissance at the beginning of May, as the extraordinary Nick Warren headlines the label’s party. A deep, driving tour de force of percussive beats and souring melodies is the master craft of Mr Warren, with unexpected twists and turns that keep the crowd on the tips of their toes. Support in the Box comes from Funk D’Void, Audiofly and Henry Saiz while in the Bar Tom Middleton plays a DJ set alongside Noze (DJ Freak) and Roo.

It was non-other than great architect of Cocoon Sven Vath, who first saw in Gabriel Ananda an ability to breathe new life into Techno. A connoisseur of the uncommon, Ananda’s deep, structured sound has seen him achieve world wide fame with tunes like “Doppelwhipper†electrifying the Ibizan clubbing fraternity. Here playing back to back with Marcel Janovsky for Wonderland, Ananda will of course be joined by the voice of new essential new music, Pete Tong.
