Thanks for the replies everyone. One of my buddies backed out on me, so I am not a definite since the others aren't big fans so they aren't fond of paying $50 to get in a club, but it's fine for me. Couple of additional questions. 1) How do I get on the Alex guest list and 2) Is all I need is money to get in, or are they going to be selective in who gets in? Thanks again people.

Coming up on for work on Monday and will be in town till Friday. I haven't did the NY scene in almost a year and I know how things change. Last year I was up there I did Sweet (sp?) 16 on a Tuesday I think and Suede on Wednesday, or vice versa. Had a good time at both. Whats poppin next week ? Also, I am a dude flying solo and had to con my way in to one of them that was guest list only on Wednesday, so if I might have a problem getting in that might be helpful to know. Thanks people... neither.....they are tourist attractions now, you can only get a good cheese steak from them when they are dead, like at 8 or 9 during the week, or else you get a cold, non melted cheese piece of shit of a sandwich. If it's a good time, would say Pat's. There are plenty of other spots that are good, it's mostly about the bread and most get it from the same places anyway. Tony Luke's, Phil's, Talk of the Town, they are the spots that I go to. NEVER IN A RESTAURANT

Type of shit that I like is good vocal and progressive house and I like good remixes. I'm looking for some music I haven't heard. I have been out of the club scene for a while and usually find good music by searching popular DJ's in Kazaa like JP, Hex Hector, Junior, Plasmic Honey, Danny T, and Tronco just to name a few. My cousin who works with JP let me hear In Your Eyes, which is right down my alley. Thanks for any recommendations on music or DJ's for that matter.

nah, just always wanted to hear him spin. I am supposed to go up to NYC tonight and thought he spins up there. Even though he doesn't I thought while I am at to find out where he does play. I might change my mind about going to NY if I knew where Sal spins.
