-
I am going to TIC at the end of the month and I am gonna catch Howelleen during that same weekend. My gf is coming with me, do alot of girls dress up or no?
Thanks
-
Anybody ever been upstate or no anyone up there? i wonder what its really like for guys who do these horrendous crimes
I live ten minutes from that jail. I have friends that are CO's there, you wouldn't beleive some of the stories if I told you.

it was very nice to meet her at the dumonde show at the beginning of july...
she is the nicest person (let alone the one the best vocalists IMO)
Word, very cool person and extremely nice.

I got a flier from CP, I think, saying that there was free admission til 1 and open bar 10-12.
-
Maybe they've gotten older, have other priorities, gotten sick of the stupidity/ignorance/immaturity displayed constantly on here, the constant talk about JP and Factory/Spirit/Black, the overpromotion of parties, the constant spam, the bullshit drama, the annoying mile-long signatures with naked chicks that said poster would never be able to hook up with in real life, the trolls. But that's just a guess.
There are still chill people here. The rest should die a slow death.
lmao

TRACKLIST CORRECTED, UPDATED, & COMPLETED
Simply said. Best night of music I have heard this year in New York City. People should listen and learn.

bush blows
kerry blows too, but not as much
It's true, the lesser of two evils.
-
Two reasons I won't be voting for Bush:
1) Job Outsourcing is out of control
2) Illegal immigration is out of control
America needs to start getting back to being America.
Down with Bush '04

I think it is funny that a guy like Dave Matthews, who is a much larger act then PVD, will throw a concernt in Central Park for free meanwhile fans of trance and other EDM get robbed.

I enjoyed Lange's set, I didn't think it was bad at all. Lange himself said he wasn't too pleased with it, but when you are on before Dumonde, what really can you play? I think he sayted pretty uplifting throughout his entire set and it seemed as if a lot of people enjoyed it.
The venue was pretty small, but as the night progressed it filled out a little bit. I was happy it wasn't jammed in because there was plenty of room to dance.
Did anyone see that big black dood dancing in front of the booth? He was awesome!
-
Does anyone know when Digitally Imported is gonna replay their set?
I talked to a guy from DI who was broadcasting from their laptop in the booth, they said they were going to continuously play it on their replay channel.
-
I will never trust anything that venue has to offer ever again.
Burned.
Burned again.
and Burned when you thought you couldn't be burned again.

I have been waiting to hear Dumonde in NYC for a while, what a great night.
Bugout did a great job opening up.
Lange was cool as shit. Jan Johnston, Dj Manilo (probably massacred that), DJ Macguyver, Victor Dinaire ( i only heard he was there) all came out to hear Dumonde. They were all cool as hell too.
Nice seeing some CP heads I haven't seen in ages.
Sick party, great vibe. I had a blast.

They'll keep raising the price as long as your willing to pay it.
It's business.
I however, will not tolerate the bullshit it any longer.
oh and if this was a "band concert" they would add more dates.
PVD is a DJ, not a concert.
AMEN.
In the New York spirit, it is all about the money. When it becomes all about the money and less about the party, the parties go downhill. We have seen it happen forever.
-
They are releasing the name of the opener soon. OFF THE CHAIN!!!!!
I am happy with their choice
I am pretty pumped for this night.
-
Agreed...but can we function properly without driving???..neva happen.
That's why the burden has to be on car mfg and not the consumers...fuel economy needs to be #1... not how BIG they can make the car/suv...just my .02
I think It could happen as insane as it sounds. It wouldn't be in our lifetime, though.
I agree, a lot of the burden does have to be on the car manufacturers, but if it comes down to money then they could give a fuck. It all comes down to greed. Greed has really destroyed our environment.
-
And btw, whatz with all the negativity...family in the biz or somethin? I'm sure your a nice person but with rationalizations like that it gives industries the power to jack up prices. c'mon now
I see his point. Human beings have fucking DESTROYED the environment. Our use of gas and oil have contributed immensely to this. It sucks that there is not an alternative and it sucks even more that we have become so dependant on motor vehicles.
-
I'll do the 19th, but I do wonder if the additional fill-ups on the 18th & 20th dont make up for it tho.
I am wondering the same thing. I will do it, maybe they will raise the price Thursday and maybe they won't. With the current price of gasoline I anticipate getting raped at the gas station, so it won't be too big of a deal if they do.
BTW thanks for the CD @ ARC
Howelleen question...
