  1. I know this isnt technically the popular music choice on this board, but everyone at least knows who this man is.

  2. nah you're dead on. i wasnt going to say anything at all, i was going by that theory thusfar... i was waiting to see if he came back to me. but its been a while and im starting to wonder if i should just see myself and try and move on or leave it be... and it really sucks letting him go completely, but its like if i dont ever try i'll kick myself the rest of my life. but you're right in the fact that if its possible to feel that way about one person, it could happen again.

    we'll see, it all comes down to whether i really have the guts to do it in the first place i think..

    While that saying may hold true, what if you're waiting for them to make the move, and theyre waiting on you to make the move?

  3. Personally, I say go with what your head tells you to do. The heart usually thinks short-term, looking for happiness now, and hoping that things are still good later down the road. The head usually thinks long-term, you may have to suffer now but down the road, it'll be ok. As someone posted before, pain is temporary.

  4. personally i've had it with this club. i used to go when it was originally Exit, got treated bad as a clubber and worse as a promoter. Never went back when it became Exit2 or Black. Heard from people who have gone and they said nothings changed, it still sucked. But there are people who started going there when it was Exit2, started going when it became Black, so they dont really get the chance to compare it to how it used to be.

    Good luck with the new events, hopefully it turns out for the best. Maybe theres a chance for this place afterall...

  5. My girl and I dont use condoms, but when I did use them with other gf's, I've always used Durex. Heard too many bad experiences with Trojans, didnt need to add drama. I've never had an issue with Durex. Lifestyles are also nice, I've used them once. Was like 2am and didnt have any Durex's left, and this was the night before my gf at the time was leaving to back to Russia (foreign exchange). Quick trip to the local 24hour Exxon Station, grabbed a pack of Lifestyles (all they stocked) and went back.... you can imagine the rest.

    Durex = All The Time

    Lifestyles = In Case Of Emergency

  6. i think its bullshit that its going to be 21+. i understand that everyone thinks that the younger crowd is immature and all, but when the club was originally Limelight, it was 18 to attend, 21 to drink, and look how well it did. I was a promoter there for about a year and a half, working with Thorin Aiello, i was 18, the team i ran was 18/19 year olds. in my opinion we werent the normal immature people everyone stereotypes us to be, and apparently the Limelight staff felt the sameway, as we were able to keep promoting and attending without incident throughout our time at LL.

    I'm (as well as others) a bit pissed that while I pushed and attended LL for so long, and now as it reopens, we're not allowed to go. But maybe many people think now I'm just ranting. If anyone knows who's running this place/event, I'd appreciate some contact info. Not to bitch, just to ask questions and figure out some things.
