  2. Pre-Opening of AVENUE (DC's Newest Club)/Nuvo Music Launch Party

    Ladies and gents,

    Please join me, friends, and fellow music lovers on Friday, April 8 as we celebrate :bounce: the birth of NUVO Music, the launch of its site (www.nuvomusic.com), and the pre-opening of the brand-spankin' new club AVENUE (www.dcavenue.com). Based in DC, NUVO Music is dedicated to bookings/management of DJs from coast to coast, with currently 6 DJs on its roster.

    We will be the first people EVER to experience Avenue (the actual grand opening is a week later), with the second floor of this gorgeus new venue all to ourselves from 9pm to 3am. With 3 DJs, NUVO t-shirt and CD giveaways, and your chance to win your very own Nuvo DJ for a night, what more could you ask for?

    This is a 21 & over, exclusive guestlist-only event, so please be sure to send full names of ALL guests to ricardo@nuvomusic.com (if we reach the evite guest limit, pls forward evite to your friends and have them contact me directly).

    DJ LINEUP is as follows:

    9pm-11pm: DJ Astro (Nuvo Music/LA)

    11pm-2am: DJ Boris Gluck (Glow/Club Five/Nuvo Music/DC)

    2am-3am: Special guest DJ

    Avenue is located at 649 New York Ave NW, 2 blocks from both the Gallery Place metro (red, yellow, green lines) and Mt. Vernon SQ metro (yellow & green lines).

    NOTE: "Dress to impress" is the venue's dress code (no athletic wear, no sports attire, no baseball hats, etc.).

    Ladies and gents,

    This Thursday please join us for an eventful evening of deep house as deep as it gets with PROFUNDO, a one-time event at ANZU in Adams Morgan. Odessa will be providing the good tunes and there will be drink specials all night, so if your schedule's not already booked (and if it is, you'd better make room for this one), swing on by ANZU starting at 10pm.
