uh yeah, keep dreamin!!

4 bedroom, 2 baths, HUGE apt....currently 2 guys and one girl...need one more roommate....rent is 440 a month (rent controlled) which includes heat...utilities run about 20 a month if that....cable is 17 a month...everyone has their own phone line...apt. is a five minute walk from the train station which has a direct line to penn station....laundry room in basement.....avail. feb. 1... if anyone's interested email me at uknj@aol.com....

one of my roomies is moving out.... apt. is in morristown, nj, takes half an hour to get to manhattan by car...there's a bus which stops outside our front door and we're a five minute walk to the train station which has a direct line to manhattan, penn station (45 minute commute) rent is approx. 450 a month, slightly less, it's rent controlled so any increase is minimal....it's a four bedroom, two bathroom apt. rooms are HUGE....i currently live with a guy and two girls, one of the girls is leaving.....we never see each other so it's not like we're up each other's asses all the time....heat is included in the rent and utilities run about 20 or 25 bucks a month and cable is 17 a month....we all have our own phone lines.... i think that's about it.... available jan 15th or anytime after.... i can be contacted by email...uknj@aol.com thanks!
