A good friend of mine, whos opinion of clubs i trust, said abyss this past friday was much better then the last time he was there , which was about a year ago. Said it was alot more crowded then last time. Said music was decent, crowd was still kind of young, but he had an awsome time . Hope that helps.

Well said andrew. I think with all the negativity going on in this world, people really would not be sweating the small stuff. I guess if you loose someone close to you(as i did in this cowardly wtc attack) it puts things in a better perspictive.Peace and life as we know it are whats really important. Not what jersey club is better or charging less or more to enter.Now its gonna be joeys vs metro? And you are still talking about merge/tempts? C'mon guys ,it is so stupid. Andrew is a great dj, richie is a great dj and denny is a great dj......good for everyone! I enjoy listening to all of them, and i personally know them all.Just go where you enjoy going, for whatever reason you go there. Stop this bullshit.

Andrew.Do not take it as an insult. I said it REMINDS me of how johnathan works stuff. Thats a compliment. You do have your own style. I think style is something that is formed from all your favorites likes and dislikes. It is your choice. Kick ass this saturday at merge, i will be getting there a little late.

What i meant was, andrews style reminds me of factory and johnathan . The way he works songs and plays alot of accapellas behind songs. I love that.

I'll be there saturday, but i have a wedding to go to , so i am gonna be there late. Its been really, really good latley. Andrew's been on point. It reminded me of factory last week. Andrew does alot of the same stuff johnathan does with all the echoing and accappelas. Good stuff.

Do you people really think i work at merge? I have nothing to hide, i do not work at merge and i have said it many times before, i do work in the industry, the music industry. And i am involved , in some ways, with most of the clubs in ny and jersey with entertainment. Anyway, i just thought that post was such a crybaby thing to do. What was the point of it? It did not make sense. I was not supporting or trashing anything to do with the djs themselves. I just thought it was the most stupid, pathetic , usuless move to print there private letters. This loser has a lot of issues. Get to the bottom of them somewhere else. Like i said, i dont know if it was funny or sad.

Andrew, another great job saturday night. What a night. I thought cause of the weather it might have been slow. But it wasnt, I was to see it was so packed , and you drove the crowd crazy. You play with so much energy, thats what i like about your style.I think you have the right place to showcase your talent ( and the right soundsystem, you sound great at merge). Of course, we will be there this week. And a special thanks to the bouncer for taking care of us at the door, you know who you are. Thanks.

Great reply Andrew, and so true. I also think that it just makes the clubs in seaside look bad.. all of them. I think seaside has some of the best venues in jersey. Look at them. Every one of them are excellent.We should be happy they are there. Look at Belmar. No big clubs, just kind of local watering holes.Opinions are good. Bashing people personally is not. There is no need for it. I have said it a million times, the only people that get all heated about this stuff are industry people, or people connected to industry people. I find it funny that the djs and the owners themselves seem to get along together and support each other, but the people that support these people seem to argue with each other. It doesnt make sense. I hope this topic was beaten to death enough. Lets be a little more positive and supportive to the club/music industry as a whole. It will make a much more happy clubland.

"njclubmaster"? Listen. Maybe if you went out to clubs, you would know that retro metro was way, way before the summer thing at tempts. Everyone knows that that was a total copy cat of the retro metro party. They did that party all winter long at metro.And not for nothing, denny could not shine andrews shoes on a normal night, let alone a retro night. Denny has his momements,but Andrew is excellent. So get your facts straight. And no, i do not work at merge, but i do work in the industry, which at times , i am not to proud of cause of immature idiots like yourself mr. "clubmaster". Move on.

Merge was really, really good this saturday. Lots of energy. MENDEZ DID A GREAT JOB. Was a little to crowded for me. Mendez sounded insane on that soundsystem.He really had the crowd going.Lots of industry people were there also. Good to see.

I think thats what makes metro different. Its NOT the same old shit. Its the only place that is always doing something different.I think its good to have different guest djs, it changes it up.

I have not heard the name yet, but i recieved a flyer in the mail for the shore. I guess it is the logo for the new club at the shore. I think the symbol is cool. They said they are having a vip givaway for the shore in a couple weeks, i guess we'll no the name by then.

Glad i made it down last night. Let me tell you guys something. METRO SHOULD BE REALLY HAPPY!! After all that negitive publicity all over every news channel and on the cover of every paper, and especially all the rumors, I think any other club would have been done. Metro is solid, really solid. Being that most people i spoke to thought metro wasn't even open, you guys had a really good crowd. Not the normal, packed to the walls friday night, but , it was pretty full. I really thought it would have been empty. Glad to see it wasn't. The media , and this industry for that matter, likes to shed light on negitivity. Like i said, you guys should be real happy, you pulled it through. Thanks for the shot George. Good luck.
