you guys can say what you want but P.R. knew; inorder for him to put together the team he wanted he had to "move-up" on the ladder to play chess, now that he has the team, and the team doesn't have the experience together V.G. has to step back and let riley show them how it's done... Smart move by both men, not sure if they'll win it all but P.R. understands what it takes to win championships / or least get there...
