In my humble opinion, there is no way that they are going to be able to close Twi. They couldn't close Tunnel, and we all know that Tunnel was about 400 times worse than Twi chemically. And none of us can be so naive as to think that our judiciary/police systems aren't brimming with folks ready to get paid off. Twi just makes too much money to worry about it. my .02...

I dunno...I saw Armand Van Helden at Centro-fly and the personally I thought the crowd was kinda weak. No one was dancing! That's the best part about Vinyl. People go there to dance, not schmooze. I haven't been there in ages though...but I do love DT. I'd been reading all the Tunnel posts...haven't been there since 98. It was slamming back then. But I guess the crowd would be much different for a rave. Is the security still obnoxious there?

Did anyone see Bad Boy Bill at centro-fly last thursday? Used to be my favorite during my old raving days. Had to miss him due to lack of funds. I'd love to go to Carl Cox at Twi. Unfortunately all my current friends are S&D/PVD heads and don't appreciate good hard house.

Anyone know where in the city to go for good hard chicago house? I keep getting dragged to trance events, which I enjoy but I'd like to get back to my roots...
