OH MY GOD ... That is sooo me. But i learned to control it. You just gotta keep thinking in your head that everything will be alright and that your having fun. Get into the music and move around.. But i know how you feel. I keep thinking that everytime i do it will be my last. I think, "why am I doing this to myself?" But in the end its all good cause i always have a good time. But if you are ending up with a bad trip just stop its not worth it .....=) hang in there
