I havent been to NYC in a long time, and am not too familiar with the area. The China Club doesnt look like it is all that far from where I might be staying. Can anyone leave any info, good or bad about the place. Is it okay for 30 somethings? Tim.

A buddy and I are cruising out of NYC on Carnivals Victory on Labor Day. We have considered going there a day early, but would need to find a quality, but reasonable place to stay, and also some good clubs to go to, that would be okay for 30 somethings. Info on both a place to stay, and clubs, or one or the other would be appreciated. The location is at 55th street, and 12th Avenue. Thanx, Tim.
