obviously it's not worth it because you can't tell the difference. the S110 has all the features you described, including the 2.1 Mpixels. the S300 has 3.1 Mpixels

i just found out that lina's brother doenst like me at all, and never has. he thinks im disrespectful and have a lot of growing up to do. this was all out of his mouth too, over the phone a little while ago.

him and i had an argument last week (he's my boss at the club i work at) and because of it, i dont have a job there anymore. and i think her whole family hates me now too, and im not so sure what she thinks about me. or why she even bothers with me sometimes. :(

i dunno, maybe you are disrespectful and have a bit of growing up to do if you're naming names (almost) and specifics online

  3. oh, and for your lungs hurting, if you're not coughing up blood, i recommend aspirin and a hot shower or bath. the humidity can help you coagulate the debris in your lungs and cough it up, and the hot water will raise your body temperate and catalyze metabolic functions. for temporary relief, Vick's inhalers and that menthol chest rub are nice. avoid extreme cold air (wrap a scarf around your nose and mouth if you go out on a cold day); it'll make your chest contract and breathing may be difficult. however, cool air can be soothing

if you are coughing up blood, take ibuprofen instead of aspirin

  4. heretic, if you're talking about cigarettes, i really recommend you cut down (it's the worst bang for your buck). i don't mean to lecture you, and you probably won't listen to me because you've heard the shit before

i started smoking at about 13. when i was 17, my lungs started to hurt. when i was 18, i started to cough up blood and have chronic bronchitis and trachea infections. i cut down a lot, but even staying in clubs until the early hours when it got really smokey would suddenly make my chest tighten up and i wouldn't be able to draw in a breath. then i'd spend the next week in bed with throat infections, coughing up reems of phlegm and blood, and subsequent fevers and puking up more blood. breathing was difficult unless the air was in a very comfortable range of temperature and humidity

i now haven't smoked cigarettes in almost 13 months, and i only cough up blood when i've been in a smokey bar or club all night. i'm probably a bit hypersensitive to smoke because of my previous health problems. if you get to my stage, i would recommend at least yearly chest x-rays for cancer

your lungs hurting are just the beginning. it only gets much worse

    btw, i'm 20 now

  5. thanks, you guys

deeprock, you really know your stuff. that's a great picture also. i guess 2.1 Mpixels is definitely good enough for my purposes because i don't intend to send 8x11'' photos online, plus i never print those out. money is of concern, but these camaras are presents from my brother, so i think i'm getting the same as your Elph S110 for myself, and maybe the S30 for home. it looks like if you go up in price, you're just paying for extravagant Mpixels which you'd never use. the CD and floppy camaras seem to be expensive just for the memory, but i guess those are convenient for some people's purposes

  6. those of you who are ahead of me in technology, what's good?

    brand: Nikon, Kodak, Olympus, Canon?

megapixels: much useful difference between 2.1 and 3.3?

    optical zoom: 3x good enough?

    any recommendations for specific models?

what other features have you found particularly useful for average/everyday use, and possibly some amateur digital photography?

    thanks in advance :)

  7. i think your grief may be more from your sense of reality and stability being shattered than actually losing her. six years is a damned long time, and in that time you have arranged your entire life to include her. now, you face the problem of having to rearrange everything to specifically NOT include her

before anyone makes a lifelong commitment, e.g. marriage, i think they owe it to themselves to see if that's what they really want. you are never the same person as you were six years ago, and what/who you want is not always the same. you may be accustomed to what the last six years have given you, but if those six years were really that great, i think you as a person should have progressed and your ambitions should be higher

the best thing for you to do, and for the case of possibly getting your girl back (although that should be secondary), is proving your independence. no one wants a mate who is nothing without them. and neither does anyone want someone to be with them out of pity

good luck to you, and i'm sure you'll be fine, with or without the girl

hey, will you be there? i'll be there to catch the talent on both floors. will be good

well said, Randy. if someone is losing enthusiasm for clubbing, it may be because the drugs aren't doing it anymore. happens to everyone. would happen even if Twilo or Studio 54 or anywhere else were open. the time comes for you to reevaluate what you want and find something to hold as "forever new": music, throwing parties, dj'ing, etc.

  10. Raver love is borrowing his favorite hat and never giving it back... having 3 pairs of his socks on your floor... smoking on the rooftop in your underwear almost falling off, and him flicking his cigarette butts at you...

    wtf??
