  1. It is not a matter of being cheap. It has nothing to do with cheap. It's a matter of principal. People in other industries ( fast food) work for minimum wage and get no tips and their job is far less glamarous than the one of a bartender. Yet you don't see them complaining that people don't tip them. ALso, even if I tip you a freaking quarter, you probably serve 100 drinks and hour, 100 x .25 = $25 that's damn better than minimum wage.

  2. What are you talking about. Broadway arcade is alive and well. Maybe we're talking about two different ones. I was there last weekend. It's on 42nd, between broadway and 8th ave. A hop from port authority. It's a good arcade, but it doesn't have good competition in terms of the players. Where exactly is the chinatown arcade???

  3. Melmer, you better be up there in your Twirl on Friday because you bet your fat ass I'll be there. You better be shaking for you job because if you refuse to serve me because i'm tipping you 25Cents, (which is what you deserve) I can Guarranteee you that you will be fired. And believe me, your manager will listen to me, if she/he knows what's good for them.

  4. Hey Melmor. Know your role and shut your mouth. Have you ever heard the expression "Customer is always right". well that applies to bartending as well. Nobody is obligated to tip. The fact that the club doesn't pay you shouldn't make me tip you, quit your job and get a job where the place will pay you, where you do no depend on your tips. And also, YOU Are mandated to serve me, I'm the freaking customer and the club makes mad money from me buying your drinks. If you dont' serve me i'm going to the manager and getting you fired. So there. ... cwm44.gif

  5. I Personally think NYC is in a bad need of raids. I am fuckin sick of seeing people cracked out on drugs in clubs like Twilo, Exit, SF and VInyl. Im sick of it I tells you. For once I want to enter a club where people only enjoy alcohol and are having a good time the "legal" way. The bottom line is NYC needs raids on weekly basis. People with drugs should and need to be arrested and thrown in jail. It's true I tell you it's true.
