Today times are different and the scene has changed, but one thing remains the same. These two good friends can rock a room like no other! Paul Dailey , who’s 15 + year ride on the wheels of steel has been nothing less than phenomenal. Just look around and you will see, Paul is one of Boston’s most sought after DJs. His driving and relentless Techno beats have earned him not only a monthly residence at Rise (Boston’s only after hours club), but gigs at virtually every respectable weekly party in NE. Joshua Carl’s unique blends of funky electro, breaks and turntable skillz have long been a personal favorite. Josh’s style and energy blew me away early one morning at Tantra. In turn, Josh was booked at one of Double Down’s first ever parties (Beats n Eats). Now a good friend, Joshua Carl (former resident of Q) adds special meaning to this event. It was the Saturday night that he and Eddie T. started at Q where I was introduced my girl, Mgirl, the mysterious Heather J. (April 15th 2003 “Welcome home Pony party.â€) This Wednesday is a special night for her. She told me not to make a big deal but Wednesday is (The Violation Promoter extraordinaire) Heather's Birthday. Josh & Paul were a special booking by the birthday girl.
