How do you use rockwool. After you soak it in water, its breaks up and you can wrap the roots in it and but it in the grow chamber right. I havea plant growing already and i want to tranplant it to the hydroponic system. How do you do this?

I RECENTLY HAD A DRUG LAST TUESDAY AND I SMOKED THE FRIDAY BEFORE. BEFORE THE TEST I DRANK THIS NASTYY TASTING JUICE FROM GNC AND DRANK ABOUT 2 LITERS OF WATER. I ALSO TOOK 10 OF THESE PILLS AFTER THE JUICE. BEOFRE THE TEST I WAS PISSING CLEAR WATERY PISS AND A WHOLE LOT OF IT. WHEN I FINALLY PISSED IN THE CUP, MY PISS WAS GLOWING YELLOW. dO YOU GUYS THINK ILL BE OK, PLEASE GIVE FEEDBACK.
