  1. Actually, for females boobs are the last to go (if we are speaking proportions). It is just that we would like for them to stay unproportionately large (at least I would)

    Nautica

    As would I :bounce:

For my GF, her boobs go before her thighs. That may be because she always is pretty lean anyway.

  2. Nautica -

Enjoy reading your comments in regard to dieting....

I am also trying to shed some pounds (mainly tummy). I am going to cut the fruits and grapefruit juice immediately - and incorporate sweet potatoes/brown rice/oatmeal into my diet.

Can you give me some examples of protein snacks (besides Chicken and Tuna)...

Can I eat non-salted peanuts as a small snack?

Can I still eat Salad? I eat salad daily: Spinach leaves, tomato, feta cheese(should i cut out the feta?)

I grill out chicken, pork chops and steaks often with vegetables. Any suggestions are appreciated. thanks

btw, I work out at the gym and do minimum 45 mins. cardio 4-5x weekly as well as free-weights... any other suggestions?

    THANK YOU :)

Just to point something out, you can't target where to lose the fat, as it is generally a systemic response. Depending on your genetics, which determins where your estrogenic fat concentrations are, the fat on the tummy, thighs, butt or under arms may be the last to go (and often times boobs can be the first). So don't get discouraged if you aren't seeing progress in a particular area first.

Also, what vegetables do you commonly add to your meals?

  3. I have used it, and I don't believe it is much more effective than caffeine alone.

Listen to your body though, it will tell you if you are getting too dehydrated. Don't ignore the signs.

  4. There are many more clubs than stereo and aria. Are you looking for afterhours?

In addition to the first mentioned clubs there is also sona, and a new one named circus which is very nice inside.

for restaurants, there are so many good ones in the city, you won't have any problem finding something.

You may want to look on st laurent street, but there lots of districts worth visiting.

  5. my girlfriend and I met some cool guys from Boston at Central Station in Montreal last summer - there was some big game they'd driven up to go to, then went partying all night and drove home in the morning on no sleep... we were heading to an afterparty, and we thought it would be cool if they joined us, but they talked about needing sleep before their nine hour drive home... they showed up anyway :D

  6. by the way - fluid's too crowded, System's too young/sketchy, Tonic is too industrial, though Comfort Zone has been known to kick ass, but only truly when Peter and Tyrone are spinning because no one else can seem to get the vibe right.

I think if you like CZ, you might be surprised by Montreal if you let go of your prejudice against the population. Then again, you might just be a little too unsophisticated to feel at ease here... bigot.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO SPEAK FRENCH!!!!!!!

You should be more careful announcing your ignorance to the world. If you had read the thread you would have known that I just moved here from the states. How could I possibly be a separatist? I'm not even canadian.

Crawling with 18 year olds? Hardly. If you have taste enough to choose where you go you don't run into that problem.

Also if you had been paying attention, Montreal has had an extremely warm winter, and there is barely any snow on the ground. If I look out my front window I can see green grass. That is hardly 10 feet smart guy. In fact Toronto has had more snowfall than Montréal this year.

As for HAVING to speak french? I speak very little French and get along here just fine. Maybe you should pull your head out of your ass, and take a breath of air. It might help you relax and think straight.
