  1. Thanks Stoneskid...Check your Email............Doesn't anyone have any information on this place? I feel like I'm pulling teeth trying to get details about the decor, crowd, and music
  2. I'm still looking into organizing a birthday party for 30+ this weekend and wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of a place called Remedy. I can't find any info on the joint but heard from a couple people it was nice. I was also told they were having legal troubles but none of this stuff tells me what its like in terms of crowd, music, and decor. If anyone has any information on this place (I don't even know if its a club or a lounge) please let me know...it's already thursday and time is a wasting. Thank you all for your help... H2
  3. Thanks paramarx...Flow is a nice place but we just had a party there 2 weeks ago so need a change of scenery. however, Flow is a nice place, the crowd I'm looking for, music needs a little help though...thanks for your help anyways
  4. Has anyone heard anything about a place called Remedy??? My friends said someone suggested it but I have never heard of it... has anyone else been there?....thanks
  5. Once again I am turning to my fellow clubplanet members for advice on where to go this weekend. I have 2 really good friends that will be celebrating their birthdays this Saturday night (24th for him and 22nd for her). Last year, with the help of Clubplanet, I was given many great ideas on where to celebrate and set up a party. I'm looking for a lounge/club type of place with a nice looking crowd, great music, and not too many people packed into it. Obviously, I'm not looking for a warehouse with great music and no crowd. I just need a place where 30 something of my friends would be able to hang out and have a great time. Last year, I ended up setting up the party at Jade Terrace and it worked out great. I am looking for similar suggestions because nowadays, that place gets too crowded and probably wouldn't workout as great as it did last time. Also, a place where I could maybe speak to Management or promoters about setting up a reduced list, maybe even get a few comps if possible but I'm not gonna push my luck. Please, if you have any ideas that could help me out, it would be very appreciated. Thank you for your help once again...
  6. EXIT is to blame once again...went into the club with edgar and he was originally supposed to go on at 3:00 but dumbass Judge Jules came late and so then they told Edgar 4:00 but that didn't happen and he never spun. He would have destroyed that crowd and Judge Jules, although better than he usually is, still sucked imo. Bad enough that AVB was a no show again but to have Edgar come all the way here and not let him spin because Judge Julie came late is a slap in the face
  7. so does anyone else think it's weird that it isn't posted on his website???
  8. No way I am planning on missing out tonight but did anyone hear anything about Armin not being there at all. I wouldn't put it past Exit to not tell people if Armin wasn't going to be there...it worked for them once already. The only reason I ask is because armin's website doesn't say anything about him being in NY tonight or anywhere else tonight. I'm just wondering if that means he's just taking the night off and not going to be anywhere...If anyone has any info on the matter, please let me know....good lookin out
  9. don't beleive it is him...I beleive the person in charge of the Glowbana crap is Mike Bindra
  10. Although it isn't talked about much on CP, just looking to get more insight on the matter. If you haven't heard (it's just as well at this point), the owner of twilo was / is / or isn't supposed to be opening a new club called Glowbana in NYC . . . its been talked about and yet its location has never been announced. According to twiloboss, as he calls himself, the club was supposed to open between 5 & 6 weeks since the beginning of March. Well its come to that time and still nothing to show for it. Many people have been skeptical from the start but I was one of those people who just kept waiting and waiting . . . Anything to replace the vibe that was lost when twilo closed its doors would be in our best interest. One of the few reasons I actually beleived the club was coming soon was because phazon sound (I'm sure you know the system) has Glowbana NY on their website as one of the places using the phazon system. At this point, I feel like I've been tricked into thinking it would happen when all along it was a joke. If it was really going down, why not give a location or promotion or something. Anyone who has been to the glowbana website knows they will not find any meaningful info on there. Just a bunch of stupidity if you ask me but that's my opinion. I post today to gain more information on the subject in order to find the truth. What's that? I can't handle the truth? PLEASE BRING IT . . . thanks for your help people
  11. Definitely te party last night at Space. The music was off the hook, the crowd ws great, and I got to meet Armin, Ferry, & Johan Gielen . . . doesn' get much better than that
  12. he was banging...I went up to say hi to him and he was having a good time. He told me that the sound system sucked and that he was doing his best with what he had . . . I didn't hear any problems
