  1. Does anyone know where I can get the 411 on new year's eve in San Diego...I've got some friends that are gonna be down there and, even though I won't be in SD for NYE, they want me to figure out what they should be doing because I'm 2000 miles closer to SD...

    any help is much appreciated

  3. first off the best burger (not) available in la...

    White Castle!

and if you don't know, you better ask somebody

but yes, in-n-out is clearly the creme-de-la-creme when it comes to fast food burgers in la...

go with the 4X4 animal style, you won't be disappointed

and weyes, you've got your bovine viruses all mixed up...jack in the box was hit with a killer e coli breakout back in the day that almost spelled the end for ol jack

  4. are you f**king serious...how long have you lived in la...highway 1 is possibly the most beautiful roadway this country has to offer...it runs the length of the california coast from top to bottom, at times the only thing that seperates you and the sea below is a white line and a few pebbles

  5. the 405 hands down...and to add to my misery, i have the pleasure of working at the corner of the 101/405 interchange

    :blown:

but far and away, the 405 is more crowded than any other freeway at any given time...there is a window of about 3 hours from 2am to 5am when you can open er up and drive like you want to drive, but once rush hour starts (and the "hour" part is a real misnomer here), traffic sux all day and well into the evening

    the 405 is king!

  6. you all just lack creativity...any place can be a good place to party (minus the obvious like jail)...some places cater more to the club culture than others, but gimme some good peeps and a few dollars and i bet we could have a good time just about anywhere...the best spring break i had when i was in high school was a trip to missoula montana with a couple buddies, and that's a pretty poh-dunk town

Fear the wrath of NJ, LA Cock suckaaaaaaaas......come to our board...just so we can destroy you

why would i come to your board when i want nothing to do with you or the state you live in...the fact that your miserable state is so close to nyc is the only reason that you are priviledged enough to hear dj's of talent...it's like people from scottsdale getting action because they live so close to phoenix...but you probably don't know what i'm talking about because i'm sure that you've never been west of the mississippi river and most likely still live at home with good ol mom and dad cause you waste all that hard earned money from the gas station on gold plated jewelry, ground effects for your rusted out '86 camaro and candy for that fat fehking girlfriend of yours

damn i really wanna keep going but you're not even worth the time i've already spent here

enjoy nj and let me enjoy la, thanks :finger:

I thought that place was called three of clubs...and the fondue joint at 1235 is good!

Spundae is in hollywood...just east of santa monica and highland

Red used to be downtown, but I believe it has moved to Arena which is adjacent to Spundae

and don't worry about Pure, you'd rather check out Spundae

sux that you're missing Tool though...they

obtw: one of the og members...surreal...is back in town and probably headed Spundae's way with a buncha peeps on saturday...so anyone in the la area that wants to put names to faces, let your voice be heard!

i'm not sure if you've been living in the dark or what, but gumby's hands are green my good lady

and vicman, yes muscle beach can be found in and around the venice area...that's why i'm moving that way, i live for tight striped biker shorts and spaghetti strap tank tops

  11. the best place to get one is downtown in the 5th & Alvarado area...if you don't have wheels, use public transportation

i would advise against getting one here if you plan to use it in california...although the cali fake produced in that area is premo, those who look at cali's all day every day will be able to tell the difference...and the shops downtown produce only cali dl's

    my vote is pathetically fubar!

but i'm always down to meet new people, that's how's i know the elderly one i call grandma...and pigtails as well!

"cum-min into los ang-leez...bahringin in a coupla keys...don't touch ma bags if you please mr. customs ma-yan"

    name that tune

Congrats on your new flat! How far from the main drag/boardwalk are you?

as a consideration to you elderly folk, i've parked my booty only 100 paces from sand  ...that's right, there are no streets between me and mr. pacific, only an alley way!

Did the Hoe-llywood hookers and crackheads get to ya'? heehee...

did they ever...the only thing thicker than the smog that rolls through the hollywood air is the attitude around here and i'm sick of it...not to mention the plethora of training grounds available to me at the beach (e.g. pch!)

I may need to take your green plastic-y arse up on the offer. Gran'ma'ma will even bring her own bum-pad for some extra cushioning for those long rides into town. :aright:

don't you worry, i've still got the hemorrhoid pillow you left after your last visit

so, i will expect a phone call at some point that week toots

    see ya soon

isn't it out at glen helen...that's one helluva hike east to find out that the shite is sold out (though i highly doubt the thing will sell out based on last year's reviews)...

    roll them bones baby!

    F**K you! :bigfinge:

Don't call my hometown unimpressive...how long did you actually spend in StL...back that comment up with some facts buster brown...

    :D j/k

StL does have some great floating casinos and of course the biggest baddest brewery you've ever seen...oh, and that big piece of metal we call the arch..."gateway to the west" baby! (which, by the way, is the tallest man made monument in the 50 states)... but beyond that, really not much of a dance music scene to speak of, although i must say, the last few times i was home, they were making some vast improvements

have you checked out the milkman's lineage?

my point was that people can't blame their parents for who they are, nor should they expect to turn out the same way. we are people in our right, with decisions we can, should, and must make, and not just two people's science experiment.

    agreed
