The most I've done in a night is 4.They helped to create one amazing night (plus one monumental come-down).
My friends boast of doing about 16 at Creamfields (uk dance event), but to be honest I think they must have been shite tablets to warrent that many!

It depends on what kind of club I'm going to.
Usually I wear a big black pair of swears with a 3 inch platforms
They give me that extra height advantage...

In the UK, DMT is also known as "businessmans lunch", mainly because you can take it, enjoy the ride and return to work an hour later looking and acting no different from when you left.
I've smoked it three times, and each of them has been amazing. The moment the smoke/vapour enters your mouth you can just feel your whole body filling up with such a high. It generally lasts about 30mins, and then another 30 mins of just feeling good. There is no real come down!
I'd use it a lot more given the option, but where I live you have more chance of finding the holly grail than a good supply
One final point, if you are looking for visuals/out of body stuff, then take it in the daytime!
