Eat low carbs (like oatmeal), try not to have any after around 3pm and take in alot of protein. I take my bodyweight in grams (if you weight 190lbs take 190grams per day), you'll shit your brains out at first but you will get used to it, and drink lots & lots of water if you take Andro (try geting an Andro-Stack w/100mg of Andro in it). Also try to get a trainer if your just starting, if you workout wrong or to much you'll just be waisting your time. well you start by looking down, and don't do this while "excited"...it doesn't work very well. But everything down there stretches and pulls plenty enough for you to manipulate around. I think it all depends on what the women are looking for at the moment. If they just got out of the nice-guy relationship I think they look for the badboys...and vice versa, its a viscious cycle most women cannot get out of...works very well for the guy with enough precision to be able to play both sides of the table and read what the girl is looking for. I agree that same freakin pop-up is annoying as hell, but we all have to remember this site most likely got a hell of a lot of $$ to keep running for that ad, which gives us all this place to ramble, advise, and give our two cents. I don't like the pop-up, it is a bit drastic with its impressions (how many times and when it shows itself), maybe if it were linked to a different action rather than refresh. But until we (the users) are going to anti up the cash to keep this place running, I'm pretty sure the pop-up will remain or be replaced by something else, so we as users should do our part and click on these advertisements even if we are going to just close the window, that is how a website earns capitol to keep going by clicks, not just shown logos etc. Click one banner each time you visit the site and I guarantee things like pop-ups will vanish for good.
