Most people will probably remember Pacha as the Sound Factory for those who partied there back in the day. I know that Pacha opened it's doors for the last time on New Years' Eve and since I did not go that night I just wanted to know for those who did go how the final night there went? I know that NYC's club scene is not what it used to be, but if you happen to be there that night just give me a review of the night, crowd, and DJ Jonathan Peter's set. I'm just interested to know if a lot of people went or not? If there was a Log line to get in? Type of crowd? The time it closed? Also if you have any idea as to what Pacha will become now that it's closed feel free to dicuss...Happy New Years to all!

Just wondered if anyone knew of any decent parties going on in CT for NYE? Say in the Stamford, New Haven, or Norwalk areas. Also if anyone knew of any NYE going on in New York in particular the Port Chester or White Plains area as well? I'm more into clubs than bars and would prefer a venue that is more of the dancing environment type. So if anyone knows of parties like these going on in those areas please let me know. Any info would help. Thanks

I'm surprised that NO one knows because a lot of people used 2 come all the way from Westchester 2 this club!! I'm sure someone knows something about the future status of this venue?

Club Matrix is a club in upstate NY in the city of Poughkeepsie....does anyone know if this place is still open or did it change it's name again? Is it still worth going 2? The reason I ask is because there website doesn't work at all so if anyone knows anything about this feel free and let me know. Any info will be appreciated. Thanks

I haven't been 2 in Stamford in ages, but I was just wondering if anyone knew if the old club Venue/Club Mor or the new name it's supposed 2 be called club 6 is open yet? I heard it was supposed to re-open, but I don't want 2 go all the way down there 2 find out it's still closed!! It's supposed 2 be renovated again. So if anyone knows anything about this please fill me in or let me know something...any info on this will be appreciated. thanks

I guess no one cared to review this party because I did NOT see any reviews for it, but I was just wondering if anyone who went like myself knew what time the party ended? I got there a little after midnight, but perhaps I should have arrived later, but if I did I may have had to wait a while in a long line outside. JP played a solid set and he didn't really mess up IMO. No way is he as good as he was during his SF days, but he did a good job that night. He played a lot of underground remixes that night, one was a remix of the new Gwen Stefani song and many others too. The crowd was rather young and as usual there was a huge asian crowd. The only problem I had w/some of these dudes was them NOT letting anyone meet their female friends. If I went with some girl pals I wouldn't care if someone else talked to them, but these dudes were acting like their pimps or something.They acted like their body guards (they wouldn't let anyone talk w/them or even come close to them), so if I go with some girl pals may be I should act the same way too? I think this is an assinine way to act IMO!! Let them think for themselves and share the wealth!! The place was packed, but what else did u expect at one of JP's events...It's a given!! Left a little after 8am...just wondering what time the place closed down after that? If anyone has any more reviews please feel free and let us know... The more opinions the better!!

When and why did KTU stop broadcasting all these dj shows on there station? It was one of the main reasons I listened to it in the firstplace!! Now I don't think I will bother listening to this station anymore!! This used to be one of the only unique things about this station now it has come full circle and become just another station that plays mainstream music 24/7!!

Haven't heard anything in regards to the verdict for Club Mor yet, but I think it will re-open as another club...Venue..Don't know when though? Anyone else hear anything about Club Mor? Stay tuned I guess..

It's a lounge/bar by Club Mor in Stamford, but there is no dance floor there I think? It's just a place to chill and be seen my guess.

Well we shall find out later 2day what the verdict is and hopefully Mor will be salvaged somehow...It will upset me somewhat if Mor was closed 4ever, I think that punishment would be a little too extreme IMO!! So how was Grand? Any good?

As u know by now there are very few clubs in CT to begin with and there are even fewer clubs in CT that are worth going to...but I was saddened to learn 2day that club Mor maybe no more pending a court decision this week =(. I had tried going there in June, but it was closed down and I didn't know why? Then I ran into one of the mgrs from Mor.. Allan V out at a club and he told me that the club was being renovated and would open in Sept. I was like cool it will look better, but now I'm realizing that it may never happen. There maybe people that can care less about this club, because they never really liked Mor to begin with, but there are many who really liked this place including myself. The club was frequented by many beautiful and cool people week in and week out from it's days as club Premier as it transitioned into what is now club Mor. These beautiful and cool people is what made Premier/Mor very successful!! I thought it's best days were as club Premier and as club Mor is was still very good. Lately though I didn't see that many people go there as much the last times I went. Now this club won't leave a legacy behind like say SoundFactory in NYC did, but it will be missed greatly by the people who couldn't make it to NYC all the time, but still wanted to have fun around here. The staff will also be missed..people like lil Anthony and Allan V!! I hope that Mor receives a slap on the wrist and just fined instead of being shut down for a year or closed down for good!!=( I hope this is NOT the last time I write about this club..for if it is I had a ton of great memories there and u will be missed! PS: The allegations brought against club Mor ar pretty serious but I don't think as serious as the one's brought against NYC's SF!! SF closed down, but resurrected as Pacha so hopefully if Mor were to get closed down it could be brought back to life as another club..

I went there last night and it was kind of dead..it could have been because of the awful weather...I found out that Mor did NOT change it's name to Pink, it's just that Fri nights now are called Pink... I'm wondering how there Fri nights have been since?

Does anyone know why this place closed down? It's a huge empty space now..unless something else is going to go up there. Any info would quench my curiosity about what happened to this place..

Are u serious? I wonder why they did this? Did anyone go to this night? When clubs start using names of colors to hype up a clubs rep u know things are goin bad!! Just remember Exit changed to Black then to Ikon..the club hasn't been the same since!! I hope the change brings some more people out to this place...it could use the people like this area can use the rain!! Stay tuned...I may check it out soon..

Club Mor used to play a lot of NYC house & trance, but lately it has been replaced with mainstream Hip Hop!! That's why it's NOT as good as it used to be!! People here don't appreciate it, because people here are really lame... a bunch of herbs!! Most people in CT are either like chillin/drinkin and getting wasted at bars or thuglifeforsure types meaning mad ghetto!! It's rare to find folks in CT who are into house or EDM!! Besides Alchemy people say Gotham City or Gotham in New Haven plays decent house music too!!

Recently I heard that Terrace club in Stamford had closed down and I was wondering for what reasons? I was going to go there sometime down the road and I just wanted to know if the rumors were true? So if anyone knows why ..I'd like to know. It's a big club so I bet they could place another club there or may be some type of business or restaurant? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I promoted at club Mor in Stamford for a while, but I have NOT been there in months and just wondering what people had to say about it..has it been good lately or has it been awful? What's the 411 on Mor? The last time I went it was ok, but just wanted to see what people thought about it now? If it's NOT good now it WILL be in the summer time!! Unbelievable!!=( I wanted to hear good things about Pacha's grand opening and instead all I'm hearing thus far is a ton of moaning and groaning!! This is NOT a good start by any stretch of the imagination!! I was considering going possibly at the end of the month, but how can I go after hearing this. This is a grand opening for christ sakes and it should have turned out much better than this!! The people I blame here from what I've heard are the Mgmt and Staff!! They should have known that the NYPD would arrive in a heart beat if someone OD's or if rampant drug use is going on!! How do you NOT check ID's the first night? Or NOT pat people down for weapons? Where there a ton of underage people in there as well? How do you treat your patrons in this fashion? You can't be so damn rude like that!! The people waiting in line are NOT going to a boot camp!! Or need discipline!! Remember Exit...well IMO one of the reasons for it's downfall was the mgmt and staff they had!! There were other reasons too of course, but that was one of the big ones. Many people here complained about there mgmt and staff over and over again!! I remember it like it was yesterday. Well it's still early folks, but this does NOT help Pacha's image or reputation at all!! Pacha was attempting to revert it's image away from that of SF's, but it seems like from what happened that SF never closed down!! I still may go, but it will all depend on what goes on at Pacha from here on out!! I can't say I never saw this coming, but I never thought it would happen this soon!! I hope Pacha can rebound from this horrendous debut it had...only time will tell though!!
