Looked at a bulking diet?... for once in your life must you not try and pick apart everyone's post? Stop being such an ass, which you have been doing such a great job lately. Last time I checked a message board was for chatting. Stop trying to show off the limited knowledge that you have already... it's not impressing many here. Bulking diets do not mean that they are high in fat. I have seen many bodybuilders' articles what they consume during the "offseason" and they are not at necessarily high on fat... but the large portion is high in calories for sure. Please don't try to sit at your computer and act like they eat fast food everyday in order to bulk up and if so... and as you so fondly claim to question all that post here... POST YOUR CASE STUDY!

Post ephedra (this past summer) I drank a ton of water, some skim milk and only one cup of juice each day. Cardio was performed around 3 times a week for 20-30 minute intervals. That was enough to take me to 10% bodyfat. I am probably around 13% right now and want to get shredded this summer (around 8% will be fine for me). Beverages will be the same as above, I will abstain from all sweets (April - end of summer) and I'll limit my bread/pasta intake. Cardio wise, I'll probably be in the gym doing cardio (mostly bike) four times a week for 45 minutes..

I was originally planning on cutting at the beginning of March; however, I might hold off til later since a lot of the weight I have been adding is muscle. Aside from the mid section, everything else is great. I might just begin to watch my carb intake at the beginning of March (eliminate all soda and mixed drinks) and start up the cardio for a couple days a week. Definitely nothing too intense.

My friend takes it at least twice a week... plays lacrosse, but does this for the chicks. Anyway - he's been it for two months and has gone from 215 to 200lbs already. Problem with that however is that he is not properly preparing for such routines... for example loading up on carbs... so some of that weight has been muscle loss too.

Thos dvd's don't do the real classes any justice... depending on the place that you attend, they will have the heat and humidity turned up... an hour to an hour and a half is supposed tough.

Paint chips and cracks after a year. You get what you pay for. Ideally for a good paint job, you want to sand down to the primer at least... Maaco just paints over the top coat of paint.

Far stretch from what I really do... auditor for 4 years, fin analyst past two... going for my mba next year. This is more of some interest to take on the side for 2-4 years since 1. I love horror/scary movies, 2. have what I think is a real good idea and 3. am sick of all the crap that has been coming out lately. I would take your suggestion though if I had the time Oh well - this will probably amount to nothing, but it's worth a shot.

You guys ever did the cabin w/an outdoor hot tub? If so, how was the water... not only temperature wise coming out of it... but was the shit clean too? Lots of parties in those houses... I keep saying I'm gonna get one together every year. Need to act soon though.
