    I was depressed for a good 4 years and it got pretty bad at one point, everything everyone says is true, exersize, talk to friends and fam, really the imortant thing is to not withdraw, you may feel like it, and you wont want to do anything, but you have to keep pluggin or you'll never get better, if it gets so bad that you cant even do day to day activities, (BEEN THERE) then seek professional help, sometimes talking to friends just doesn't get to the root of the problem...if the depression is purely a chemical imbalance, and not the result of some nueroses or seasonal thing, then pills will do a great job helping you feel better. Just remember, no matter how bad it gets, life goes on, and you have a whole lot more living to do..if you ever have consistent thoughts about ending it all, call the suicide hotline(the # is ONLINE)its anonymous and can be used as a great release for pent up emotions...I could recommend a lot more things that i found helpful, but i really dont know your specific condition within the realm of depression, hope i was able to help you out..if you ever wanna talk and cant find anyone to talk to just PM me.. whatever you're feeling, no judgment calls, im just here to listen, because a lot of the time thats what everyone really needs...

    ya know...is it so hard to just keep the joke going, it would have been funny to see more people get really pissed off and start hurling obscenities about the situation, the site, and certain people's mothers *wink wink* but NOOOOOOO some people felt it was their duty to go out and state the obvious, GOOD JOB, Im gonna give you a goddamn GOLD STAR!!! :hat:

    wow, i gotta say that I had an amazing night...first off the crowd at VINYL was great...not too crowded and everyong was chill, Bill Patrick blew it up from 11-3, his shit was just fired up...at first, seaman was kinda mediocre, but by 5am he got plain nasty, when he dropped billie jean at 7am it just defined the night, just a great bunch of people having a fun time, dancin their asses off, im so happy that I came back for the night, it was definitely worth it..

    and did anyone notice the vinyl shirts...could they BE any more TWILO??!?!?!?!?!?

    thats right, for all you people who love me hate me, or just dont give a shit i'll be coming home for one night only to make an appearance at VINYL for Seaman, so i hope to see a lot of you there, though i know a lot of heads are at wmc...and to everyone who's been giving me shit the past few weeks i got one thing to say to you...:hat: :hat: :hat:

    im trying to find a way to go from ny penn station to newark de using septa, all you jersey people need to help me out, the septa website sucks, i know theres a way to get there using three trains, even if i get as close as wilmington i'd be happy....somebody has to know...i got a ride home for seaman, scottyscribz is the MANNNNNN!!!!, but i need to get back to school for tests, PPPLLLLEEEAAAAAZZZZZEEEE help me!!!!:hat:
