So I Passed by ARC on Friday on my way to Webster,.. and the sad face isnt there anymore.. and all the windows were open...the place looked all abandoned and stuff it was so sad man.. i miss that place... also SF is Now BUM Factory! No Joke there were about 7 BUms Sleeping on the steps and in front of SF on Friday..
