What happened to Vegas this Labor Day weekend? This is te first year I haven't heard anything about a lineup. Just curious if anyone knows any of the goings on there this year, or did all the promoters pull out because not as many people want to travel. Just curious. Jay

I played it for my friend and it was Aftermath... Thanks a lot, Kirk for the info. The beat is pretty hot, but I think it is missing a good break or something... A friend asked me about a song he heard at bunka last night (thanksgiving eve)... I was in another room at the time, so all I know is this.. Came on in the main room not long before the hip-hop set. Sounded very opera like. With a sort of chanting. He didn't think there were any vocals. Said it was pretty calm with the cahnting or opera type sounds and then broke down into a really good hard house beat. I think Sal parm or maybe Kirk Lopez played it. Another track I picked up ona cd a friend burnt for me... What is the name and artist of the track with the old guy telling the story of his marrying a drug, addicted hooker. He goes into how his successful life fell apart after trying to support her habits... Also, does anyone know where the original vocal sample of this track came from? What is the real name and artist of that track from early summer with the breakdown into the vocoded voice with the buildup into a derb style lead synth. Can someone tell me which mix of the ATB track is the best one out? Also is there an acapella floating around out there as well? I have been looking for this track for a while.
