Hey everyone i haven't been on this board for probably over a year and i decided to "stop by" hah! i'm goin to the wmc w/ a few of my boys and i was thinkin of making up t-shirts. i was thinkin of putting NY and some sort of a logo to show that we (us NY'ers) are here to invade and have a sick f*ckin time! i want some feedback from you guys so i can get some ideas to design them. so post away if you want!

ok here's my problem - ever since i've been little, my fat that i accumulate seems to goto my stomach area, i.e. my gut and love handles. i've tried xenadrine and it helped me lose 5lbs of fat without any exercise. now i'm off it b/c i developed some sort of an attitude with people (side effect? lol). i need someone to post me a meal plan and when to exercise. i hate running though so that doesn't help. i've been doing low carbs and working out on this resistance machine i have (body by jake) as well as doing tai-bo to get some cardio in. whats the fastest but most effecient way to get rid of my gut and total body fat? i wanna be lookin good for the summer and feel healthy in general. any help is much appreciated. thanx!

even though it is rediculous to pay over $100 for sunglasses - i say treat yourself once in awhile! why the hell not! i admit to buying the cheap glasses as well, but they hurt my ears sometimes! i still need to get a NICE pair of glasses, i.e. over $100 instead of 2 for $20, lol
