hydrate yourself well before you start drinking and definitely before you go to bed. I think the basic idea is that your body wants to eliminate the alcohol and adding a ton of water to your system helps it do that (aka peeing), so it's not reduced to sweating it out instead. brush your teeth and take a shower in the morning.

Other than that and a little cologne, i don't think there's a ton you can do.
