I grew up listening to southern gospel but not the good black baptist shit. I was raised on the white stuff. My dad manages a christian bookstore in Brirish Columbia and whenever a new album comes out he sends it to me. I keep some of them. It's good to remember where you come from once in a while. Most get tossed though. Don't say anything to him. He'd be heartbroken.

I'm from Calgary. Western Canada. I been in Manhattan for about 3 months. It's too much me. I need some peace. Queens is alot less hectic.
