actually, the original was was released about a year ago by a drum and bass group called Kosheen. the track all of a sudden got really popular once john creamer and stephane k. remixed it and a few of the top djs (sasha, digweed, howells, tengalia) started playing it out. however, it wasn't getting a release anytime soon, so someone bootlegged it...ie, the suzanne palmer version. and from then on a shit load of other people (vicious, thunderpuss, etc) started to remix it in order to leech off its popularity.

the score to fast & furious (ie. the techno) was written by BT and will not be released on cd. HOWEVER, he has a new cd out spring 2002 which will likely sound like the music in the movie. also, check out the movie GO!, where he also wrote a lot of the music. you'll notice that a couple of the parts of the movie ended up on his last album "movement in still life". he's a kick ass producer, you should check out his stuff. ps. he also wrote the new nsync song..."pop"
