  1. haha that is the original version on the video. Amazing how a sound system can make things sound
  2. Top 10 Tracks - January 2008 myspace.com/mikebugout 1. Cause You Know (nic chagall remix) - Markus Schulz ft Departure [COLD HARBOR] -- Finally getting its release on Markus' label, this track was a fav of mine from December that has carried over in '08. The main thing about this track that I love is the way Nic uses the vocal throughout the song in background (my boy robin pointed this out to me, and upon a closer listen, its there almost throughout the whole track). I also love the play between the soft melodies and airy trancy chords and the hard techy basslines and synths Nic (and cosmic gate) are known for. Great remix here. 2. The Girl You Lost To Cocaine (sander van doorn remix) - Sia [DOORN] -- Another crossover hit for Sander, getting huge play from not only the big trance guys, but also the house and tribal guys are on board. The bassdrop at 1:30 is insane on a large system. SVD's techy drums and bassline make this track appeal to almost all genres. 3. Mogadon (infinitize remix) - Rick Nicholls & Asher Jones [NOIR MUSIC BLACK] -- My man Rick F. put me up on this track. Its a funky, bassy jam with a synth that 'bleeps and bloops'. The simplicity of the track initially does give way to a bassline and grooves that fill the track up, but the best part to me is the drop with the bleeps. Great set builder right here, people immediately hit the floor when this one comes on. 4. Pull Over - Noel Sinner [sUPERSTAR RECORDINGS] -- A update of the hard trance jam from 2000 (Hypertrophy), and my new anthem at Wildlife Wednesdays (see here--> )The unmistakable synth lead into a buildup really has the energy that our Wednesday party possesses. Huge record for me. 5. Apocalypse - Arno Cost & Norman Doray [sERIAL] -- After producing "Magenta" in 2007 and getting huge acclaim, Arno Cost returned again in 07, and finally getting an official release in 08 on this collabo with Norman Doray. Huge energy and builds in this one and massive support from AVB and other trance jocks have this record driving crowds insane. 6. Extensions - Wardt [DOORN] -- Another release off Sander Van Doorn's label, this is the B-Side to Wardt's "Show My Shuffle" record. This may be my favorite record of the year so far. Its simple with a trancy keyboard throughout, yet its minimal and techy with its beats and basslines. 7. Morumb-T-C (bugout's wildlife edit) - Tocadisco meets Lula [CD-R] -- This is an edit I made for Wednesdays using Tocadisco's Morumbi and the acapella of Extascy. Its pretty much what you think it is, but by adding the vocal to the already crazy builds, it has that Wildlife energy. If you havent travelled down to Deko Lounge on a Wednesday to hear it, I'm also rockin it on my mixshows (Mondays 4pm on www.antifmradio.com). 8. Tanz De Steele (YOMC mix) - DJ Eremit [CD-R] -- Playing for about 300 people in the intimate setting of Mur Mur inside the Borgata hotel in Atlantic City, Tiesto unleashed this bomb for the first time. Slamming bassline, beautiful breakdown and then out of nowhere a crazy synth. Eremit is great producer and I'm looking forward to hearing more from him. 9. Technology (daniel kandi) - Sebastian Brandt [ASOT]-- I'm definitely a big fan of Brandt and a huge fan of Kandi, so this was a no brainer for me. Beautiful breakdown followed by a build maximizing distorted sounds. Finally, Kandi adds some uplifting keys to finish off the track. Great production all around. 10. Ledged Up - Richard Durand [TERMINAL 4] -- Another monster from Durand here. Great work with the middle breakdown on this one, my favorite part. Durand builds it back up in typical RD fashion. Support from Tiesto on this one. That's all for this month. Don't forget to come join me on Wednesday night, January 30th as my birthday falls on a wednesday, so we're throwin a bash for the ages at Deko Lounge. Message me for details! Party Safe, mb

  5. Top 10 Tracks - December 2007 myspace.com/mikebugout 1. Beautiful Burnout (mark knight mix) - Underworld [uNDERWORLDLIVE] -- This techy monster is a track you normally wouldn't hear me play in my sets. Mark Knight keeps it simple here; a driving bassline, simple keys and repetitive sounds. The vocal gets thrown in midway thru and haunts the track. Feelin this one on the deep side. 2. Together (robbie rivera mix) - Bob Sinclair/Steve Edwards [TOMMYBOY] -- It never fails that when the weather gets cold out, I will always find one track that just makes you think of sun and sand and warmth and play it nonstop. For me this year I've found that track in Rivera's remix of the new Bob Sinclair. You will obviously recognize Steve Edwards vocals ("World Hold On") but Rivera gives this track the uplifting spirit I feel that none of the other remixes provide. I'm sure I'll break this one out in March when heading to Miami. 3. La Camisa Negra (robbie rivera) - Juanes [CDR] -- Rivera pops up again on my chart, this time with a spanish-infused electro bomb. The vocal is all in spanish and Rivera fills in the rest with hard electro basslines, deep kicks, and a catchy synth-line. 4. Shake It 2007 (dj antoine/mad mark) - Lee Cabrera [HOUSEWORKS] -- Looks like I'm on my latino shit this month, with another banger here. Shake It was a monster track when the original came out, and it gets a nice treatment in this new pack of 07/08 remixes. My selection comes from dj antoine and mad mark, 2 guys who team up to always turn out quality remixes. The salsa/meringue keys/guitar from the original build up to a peak, before finally giving way to a housy drop that always turns heads. Great remix of a classic track. 5. Sound of Goodbye (EDX's Indian Summer Remix) - Armin Van Buuren [ARMADA] -- With remixes from many quality producers on the new version, I've chosen this Sweedish producers take on Armin's hit from a few years ago. It gives the complete and total feel of Chris Lake's "Carry Me Away" from earlier this year. It is another track that gives off a summery vibe and in this frigid weather, I can't get enough of tracks like this. 6. Everything (cosmic gate remix) - Tiesto ft Jes [bLACKHOLE] -- Off of Tiesto's "Elements of Life", Everything appeared on my charts earlier this year. With a remix album forthcoming, Cosmic Gate take the cake with the best remix of any track on it. They transform Jes' vocal into an even more haunting sound with an epic intro that gets an set off to a rockin start. Great work by Nic & Bossi on this one. 7. To Forever (deadmau5 remix) - Rachael Starr [CDR] -- Rachael's vocals turn any track into a certified banger. However on this one, she gets some backup from rising producer Deadmau5 (pronounced Deadmouse) to form an electro vocal that fits well in almost all of my sets. The melody combined with her vocal really fits well. 8. Muzaik (marcus schossow) - Miko [RELIC RECORDINGS] -- Another producer who has made his mark this year is Marcus Schossow. His remix of this Miko track actually takes me back as the sound is reminiscent of the harder tracks that used to rule in 99-01. He keeps it updated though with his signature techy overtures and sounds. 9. Apologize (daft punk inspired mix) - Timbaland ft New Republic [bLACKGROUND] -- Another big pop crossover track here that gets 900000 dance remixes. This mix that I've chosen was sent to me by a friend, so I'm not even 100% sure the label on the remix is correct. It sounds as though Daft Punk actually did the mix with their trademark sounds throughout, but the electro basslines match the vocal perfectly. Big record for me at my Wednesday spot. 10. Aftersun - Pascal Feliz [HIGH CONTRAST] -- With 2 surefire selections to my top 100 tracks already this year, Pascal looks like he can make it 3 with his new banger. Along the same lines as "Platinum" and "From Inside the Speaker", "Aftersun" is 8 minutes of techy drums, hard kicks and a distorted synth to send dancefloors into a frenzy. That's it for this month, and for 2007! Thanks to everyone who has supported me all year long. Mark your calenders now for my BEST of 2007 Show, which I will air my TOP 100 Tracks of the year. I will broadcast and mix them LIVE on Saturday, December 29th beginning at 12noon (EST) and go until at least 8pm. 7. Tune in Saturday 12/29 beginning at 12noon www.antifmradio.com
  8. Top 10 Tracks - October 2007 1. New York City - Paul Van Dyk & Starkillers & Austin Leeds ft Ashley Tomberlin [VANDIT] --Off of PVD's latest album, "In Between" - he joins up with NYC heavyweights Starkillers and Austin Leeds to produce a grimey housy dirty track that gives a great feel for nyc. You can even hear cop sirens and people walking the streets in the background of the track. Meanwhile you have the lovely vocals of Ashley Tomberlin singing about the city I'm lucky enough to see all the time. This is not your typical PVD track and its always nice when he steps outside the norm as he often does. 2. Memory Inc. (swen weber remix) - Monoroom [ALPHABET CITY] --It wouldn't be right to list my top 10 for October and NOT have some kind of scary, Halloween-type track on here. Certified electro-rocker right here. The breakdown has an eerie-sounding melody that reminds me of the theme from the recent "SAW" movies, When the bassline comes back in, it hits hard. One of my big favs right now. 3. Home (wippenberg AND original mixes) - Above & Beyond [ANJUNABEATS] --Once again I can't decide between 2 mixes, so I'm listing both here. Wippenberg's take on the track might be better classified as electro than as trance. With a kick and drum line that has become Wippenberg's signature sound on recent productions, their remix of Home really opens up a system. Above & Beyond's original gives you exactly what you've come to expect from the duo-- a great melody with a fitting bassline that works the vocal perfectly. 4. Muranyi - Pryda [PRYDA] --As I compile this list, its important to note that Mr. Prydz is IN THE USA for the next month (including a stop at Pacha NYC Nov 16th) and is killlllllllllllllling it city to city. This specific track has actually been around for a while, and after an 8 min version rip leaked, Eric re-tooled the track for this release. We call this track Zelda, as in that old nintendo game, b/c the melody that Prydz uses sounds like it was taken from the game. With the drums and bassline to match, this track is huge and gets play from all types of jocks, from trance to deep tribal guys. Prydz never uses hard basslines or kicks and still manages to make the track sound hard. Can not wait to see him live! 5. Everybody Dance (tony moran) - Deborah Cox [J RECORDS] --Deborah is back!!! My favorite dance vocalist of them all, Deb returns with her partner in crime Tony Moran for this new dancefloor smash. Already huge on XM and Sirius, its now starting to make it to all the clubs. Although I'm still not a huge fan of the chorus in the song, it grows on you. Dance music has missed Deb, nice to see her back. 6. Back to San Fran - Nic Chagall [HIGH CONTRAST]--Half of the Cosmic Gate is back on the solo tip with an amazing EP on High Contrast. This track is a great techy track that even breaks out into some strings towards the end that are reminiscent of a Mark Knight/MTV track from a few years back. As is becoming the norm with Nic's solo projects, sick basslines and crazy drums carry the tune. 7. Body of Conflict (club mix) - Cosmic Gate ft Denise Rivera [bLACK HOLE HOLLAND] --The boys from Germany showing they can do it on the vocal side as well. A few different mixes to this one, I'm feeling their club mix. Another track typical of the duo's new sound this time with the vocals of Denise Rivera. This much hyped track finally gets a release on Tiesto's Black Hole label. 8. Missing - Jay Lumen ft Antonia Lucus [bAROQUE]--ANOTHER cover of EBTG's Missing?!?! Jay Lumen tries and succeeds at updating this classic with some mild electro elements and bringing in a totally new vocalist. Antonia Lucus is no Tracey Turner, but she has her own take on the vocals and it works. 9. In My Arms (bimbo jones) - Plumb [CURB]--Massive vocal which is huge on XM right now. Bimbo's mix is the one--adding electro harmonies to the distinct vocal to make the track work. The lyrics are really catchy. This style of vocal is what we could use some more of in dance music today. 10. Silently (topher jones) - Shawn Mitiska ft Jaren [WILDCHILD]--If you aren't familiar with the vocals of Jaren. get familiar, ASAP. Shawn's track with Jaren's vocals over it is a great track to begin with. Add in the touch of Topher Jones, who you may remember from remixing Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars" last year with Blake Jerrall. The beginning melody of the track reminds you of the strings from Tiesto's remix of Radiohead's "Street Spirit". He adds a bassline and then weaves in Jaren's voice. The production on this track is amazing. Already selected as a tune of the week by AVB and featured on my mixshow, this one will be a staple in my trance sets for a while. Thanks for checking out the tunes. Don't forget to check my mixshow every Monday at 4pm www.antifmradio.com and catch me LIVE each and every Wednesday at Deko Lounge in Sayreville, NJ (www.dekolounge.com) mb
  9. Top 10 Tracks - September 2007 www.myspace.com/mikebugout 1. Do You Want It Right Now (mischa daniels mix) - Degrees of Motion [CAYENNE] --Always been a fan of mischa's productions and remixes, and this one is no different. Builds up immediately from the beginning of the track with a funky beat. Sampling an older vocal, the electro drop sets it off. Electro bassline throughout with the vocal and that funky beat is the equation that the track uses, and uses well. 2. Heater - Samim [GET PHYSICAL MUSIC] --I am definitely late on this one. Known about it for a while, but it took a while for me to get used to it. Possibly the record of the summer overseas, especially in Ibiza, this track is now starting to pick up locally as well. The best way to describe it if you have not heard it, would probably be an accordion player going off, but in a jungle. haha. Just as described, the track sounds different than anything else out now or in a while. At the right time, this is a dancefloor killer. 3. Space (klass club mix) - Micha Moor [sCREAM & SHOUT] --Using a sample from Bob Marley, Micha throws a HUGE electro bassline and kick at this one. This record has gotten the best dancefloor reaction of almost any record I dropped all summer. The breakdown features the full bob marley beat, before building back up the electro madness. Check out Micha's page here--> www.myspace.com/michamoor 4. Grand Canyon (dirty south vocal mix) - Tracey Thorn [VIRGIN UK] --If the name of the artist doesn't look familiar, hearing the first two words of the track she sings might ring a bell. Most dance fans will immediately recognize Tracey's voice from the hit "Missing" by Everything But The Girl. She's recently released a solo album and this is one of the featured tracks. It has gotten a score of remixes, but I am feeling the Dirty South's vocal on this one. The bassline is solid and the breakdown really gets you. I love the fact they were able to put a dope beat behind the track, but still feature her beautiful voice as the key element. 5. Lonely - Reeves ft Alanah [sONGBIRD] --The first of three tracks from Tiesto's new double mixed CD "In Search of Sunrise 6 - Ibiza" that shows up on my top 10 this month. Reeves track featuring the angelic sounds of vocalist Alanah is a housy record with some trancy sounds. It features a beautiful piano breakdown and a deep bassline to match. I always love when a arrangement (beats & melodies) matches the emotion of the vocal. This track is a perfect example of that. 6. Columbian Soul (gabriel & dresden's tuscan soul reconstruction) - D Ramirez & Mark Knight [TOOLROOM TRAXX] --Gets my vote for nastiest track of the month as well. You may remember the original from my top 10 back in May, now comes a remix pack featuring a reconstruction by Gabriel & Dresden. They take the tracks original synthline and still incorporate it, however they beef up the beats and bassline. In addition, they add 2 ridiculous drops and builds. Already getting heavy support from Armin, Marcus and the major jocks, I'm all over this one. 7. Falling - First State ft Anita Kelsey [sONGBIRD] --FINALLY! This monster vocal has been a feature on Tiesto's weekly radio mixshow for 2 months now, finally gets a release as part of the "In Search of Sunrise 6" pack. First State's usual strings arrangement surrounds the vocal before giving way to a deep techy bassline filled with effect vocal stabs. Very few tracks have not only a great beat but a great vocal to go with it and match them up perfectly. That's what First State does here. 8. Bulldozer - Simon Patterson [RESET]--This track has the perfect title (with the exception of possibly "Sledgehammer"). A techy hard banger that has been the weapon of choice for both Tiesto & Armin all summer, this track has finally been released. An intense buildup culminates with a bassdrop that sounds like almost every bassdrop you've heard before. Then out of nowhere, a synth stab hit and knocks you back ten feet, like you just got run over by a...you guessed it, bulldozer. 9. Let It Go (axwell remix) - Dirty South [AXTONE] --My man Ronin has had his ear to the ground since we heard the Sweedish House Mafia drop this gem in their Radio 1 Live Set from Amnesia in Ibiza. After still tweaking the track in his studio for weeks, Axwell has released his remix of this banger on his own label. Quite different from the original which features the guitar heavily, this remix is all over the place courtesy of Axwell. Huge record for the fall. 10. Hide & Seek (tiesto's in seach of sunrise remix) - Imogen Heap [sONGBIRD] --The perfect way to end Disc 1 of Tiesto's ISOS 6 is the perfect way to end my top 10 this month. Tiesto again gets in the studio with a vocal and comes out with a gem. This time he takes Imogen Heap's effected vocal and adds a great bassline to it (the key feature of any vocal remix). First time I heard it was Hammerstein Ballroom as an encore, and it sounds great still. That's all for September. You can catch my mixshow every Monday at 4pm and again at 10pm (EST) at www.antifmradio.com and dont forget to come catch me live EVERY Wednesday at Deko Lounge in Sayreville NJ. mb
  10. Top 10 Tracks - August 2007 myspace.com/mikebugout 1. Check This Out (peter bailey's tech this out edit) - Cevin Fisher [CD-R] --Another one of Peter's now infamous edits, this track has built some of the most buzz of any tracks the last few months. The drums keep the track moving as Bailey weaves in and out of the famous "check this out" sample. Banger. 2. Strings & Guitars - Arctic Quest [ARMADA] --Hands down one of the biggest trance anthems of the year. With a deep bassline and melodic build, the track initially sounds like beginning to middle of the night quality track. With a quick drop surrounded by some angelic voices, the track fades to silence. BAM! An amazing hard synth line hits and becomes the signature sound for the summer and for this anthem. It carries the track the rest of the way. Tiesto has been crushin this track on his tour. Here's a sample of what that breakdown can do to a crowd---> 3. Harder Better Faster Stronger (deadmau5 edit) - Daft Punk [CD-R] --Up until about a month ago, I had never heard of this DJ/Producer Deadmau5. However after a guest mix on Tiesto's mixshow and a bunch of solid productions, he makes 2 appearances on my top tracks this month. This remix/edit brings Daft Punk's sample back to the dancefloor with a hard electro bassline and kick. For the last month this track has been one of biggest records of the night, every night. 4. Lovestoned / I Think She Knows (Tiesto mix) - Justin Timberlake [JIVE] --Tiesto's remix of Justin's new pop song is a winner from start to finish. The vocal and the guitar remain from the original, but the other elements are replaced by a harddd bassline and a synth to match the vocal line. My only complaint is that the mix is short (only a little more than 5 mins), but other than that, its a bomb. 5. The One - Sharam [CD-R] --I've always been a huge fan of Deep Dish, and even more now as they've each started to produce on their own. Sharam has been cranking out bangers and this one is no exception. Sampling Daniel Beddingfield's "If You're Not The One", he turns it into an electro bassline monster. I get approached by 2-3 people everytime I play this one, looking for the ID. Girls love the vocal, fellas love the beats, track is a winner. 6. Oceanic - Above & Beyond pres Tranquility Base [ANJUNABEATS] --More of the same from Above & Beyond on this one. Finally getting its release, this track features all the elements that normally make A & B tracks some of my favorites. The breakdown, particularly on this one, is what does it for me. Melodic and trancy at its best. 7. Here Waiting For You (breakfast remix) - Thrillseekers [ADJUSTED MUSIC] --I feel like its been a while since I've had a really dope trance vocal that I can just really get attached to. So to fill that void, here's Breakfasts' remix. The Thrillseekers are always good for a vocal trancer, and with upstart producer Breakfast providing the builds and breaks to this one, its already been my track of the week on my mixshow. This is the kind of track I try to slip in to even my vocal and electro sets just to let the crowd feel it. 8. Bringing Back The Underground - Robbie Rivera [JUICY] --Robbie Rivera brings that Juicy Miami sound with a track that goes back to his bread and butter. A simple kick and bassline with a simple synth. Add to that a catch hook with a dark deep voice and you got this dancefloor banger. Lovin the fact he added the acapella to the release. 9. Faxing Berlin (chris lake edit) - Deadmau5 [MAU5TRAP] --The 2nd appearance by Deadmau5 on the chart this month is for his feature track on his own label. Grabbing massive support from Marcus Schulz, Tiesto, AVB and others, this track is a great builder. Nice mellow synths paired with a bassline set the track off. 10. Otherwize Then Its Like That - Steve Angello/Laidback Luke v. Run DMC [CD-R] --Take Laidback Luke's "Otherwize Then" and mash it with Run DMC and you get this monster. A minute into the track it breaks out into the famous Run DMC intro, which always throws the crowd for a loop. When Luke's track hits, with crazy electro stabs and keys, It's Like That gets woven in. I heard the Sweedish House Mafia drop this one on Radio 1 when they were live at Cream at Amnesia in Ibiza and the place erupted. Insanity. Mixshows - Monday 4pm and 10pm www.antifmradio.com Live - Every Wednesday @ Deko Lounge (rt 35 sayreville nj) mb
  11. are u thinking of Shining Star by Get Far?
  12. okay idiot. I just mentioned about the language, I didnt say it had anything it had to do with the RHYTHMMMM or the FEEEL or the music. And if u dont like his show, dont listen. His mixshow is the bomb week in and week out with guest mixes every week from some solid DJ's including in the last 3 weeks Ben Macklin (sucka djs), Deadmau5 and and Glenn Morrison. Plus he plays a lot of new tracks. You may not like Tiesto, but honestly his 2 shows at Hammerstein last week (both sold out 3200 people +) were unbelievable so he's doing something right.... Im interested to know who ISNT garbage to you. You just hate tiesto or you just dont like trance in general??
  13. Tune in this monday at 4pm and again at 10pm www.antifmradio.com Episode 40 of the Bugout Sessions special Throwbacks Edition- - With so many parties and promoters destroying the whole "classics" idea, for the summer every 5th episode of the Bugout Sessions (as ep 30 and 35 were) will feature THROWBACKS Whats the difference between "Classics" and "Throwbacks" ? Well to me, throwbacks basically means any tracks from as recent as even 2 years ago that were better than most tracks that were out at the time. However with how quickly things get played out between Ipods, downloading, ectect, we're always moving onto new tracks and what the newest shit is. We forget about certain tracks that were dope. 14. 17. Mike Bugout www.myspace.com/mikebugout Top 10 July 2007 1. Summer Rain (David Ferrero Vocal) - Aerosoul [CD-R] -- Around this time of year, I'm a sucker for any tracks that have a 'summery" type feel to them. Not only does this track embody that in the title, but the sound takes you to the summer time the minute you hear the horns hit. A powerful female vocal followed by a soulful piano takes the track to the next level. 2. Platinum (tech mix) - Nenes & Pascal Feliz [High Contrast] -- This one is peak hour monster. A nice hard kick followed by building elements peaking with a crazy synth line that brings down any house. Huge support from AVB and Tiesto on this one. Huge set closer for me. 3. Suru (original) - Super 8 & DJ Tab [Anjuna Beats] -- A beautiful track top to bottom. Huge trancer here that builds up to a mellow synth breakdown filled with strings which are then joined by a bassline and then by a matching synth, Always a huge fan of Super 8 & Tab. 4. Are You Dreaming (anthem mix) - Mischa Daniels [CD-R] -- Another big summer feel track. The drums that' kick the track off are very similar to the electronic hits from "erotic discourse". The break is deceiving, seeming to take the track in a soulful direction with a female vocal over an organ. However then the electro stabs come in followed by the electro bassline that makes the track move. 5. Don't Stop the Music (jody den broeder] - Rhianna [Def Jam] -- Jody's 2nd time working with Rhianna this summer comes out 100x better than his remix of Umbrella (and I was feeling that remix). Using the sample from MJ and weaving in Rhianna's vocal, he builds the track and uses her vocals to build the energy. This track is gonna be a huge weapon for me for the rest of the summer. 6. Touched the Sky (dennis ferrer) - Quentin Harris [King Street Sounds] -- Big shout to my boy DJ Anthony Coogs for turning me onto Harris' stuff. This track right here normally is a track that you can find near the beginning of my sets. I really like the way it kicks things off for my sets. A nice combo of the vocals, strings, and a bassline - it gives it a similar feel to david morales' "How would you feel" from a few years ago. 7. Break My Fall (richard durand) - Tiesto ft BT [black Hole] -- Soon to be released as the remix pack to Tiesto's latest single of his "Elements of Life" album, Richard Durand (thus far my pick for producer of the year) tries his hand once again at remixing a Tiesto jam. Durand takes what in my opinion is one of the bottom tracks on EOL album and turns it into a techy banger while still incorporating BT's vocal. Cannot wait to hear this one at Hammerstein Ballroom at Tiesto's show next week. 8. Fly Away (cosmic gate AND sean tyas remixes) - Vincent De Moor [Combined Forces] -- The new remix pack of this De Moor trance classic gets the treatment from two of the biggest producers. Normally a Cosmic Gate remix would take the cake for me hands down, but Tyas is also a fav of mine and I couldn't pick between the two, so I'll feature both. Cosmic Gate's remix features a hard synth (reminiscent of their Urban Train remix) before breaking out to the classic synth. Tyas' remix seems to build much quicker with a little more energy. Both remixes are features on my show this month. 9. Time After Time - Tocadisco [superstar Recordings] -- Toca returns with a new EP that features one track in his normal hard electro style (Aliens) but also features this jem. Rather than keep it with his electro basslines and synths, this track MOVES with some techy drums before exploding into an electro synth. He sprinkles in a sample vocal and the track moves on from there. 10. Kaktus - Mojado [black Hole] -- Mojado's library of sick techy bangers finally has been released by Black Hole. I could probably almost make an entire top 10 of just Mojado tracks, but I'll limit it to my favorite one, which is Kaktus. As for its construction, the track is very simply laid out. A hard kick and bassline with multiple builds make this track a winner. Add in Mojado's classic energy to the track and that's why I'm rockin it. Thanks to everyone for checkin out my Top Tracks for the month of July. Don't forget you can check out my mixshow each and every Monday at 4pm and again at 10pm over at www.antifmradio.com and you can catch me LIVE in Sayreville, NJ at Deko Lounge for my residency at WildLife Wednesdays (until we move back to club Abyss in August). Thanks for the support- mb
