Hi, I am from the NY area and am in DC for a couple of weeks on business. I went out in DC friday night and had really no clue where to go. What can you guys recommend? I'm here with my roommate and we have partied at the best venues with the best of them in NYC. I'm looking for somewhat of a comparable crowd if that is possible(girls in their 20's, well dressed people, good music). I know that I won't find the NY/NJ guido scene but anything close would be great. I found myself surrounded by men and women old enough to be my parents which was rather discouraging. ANYTHING PLEASE!!! I couldn't find a good place all night :-( I saw a place called "Five" which looked decent until I saw some beasts walking out of there. I appreciate any help in finding a venue for Saturday night and next Friday cause I will still be around.. Thanks in advance, Rick

As a consultant to the alliance, as well as having the best Abs in the tri state area, it is only fair to lay it all out. At Health Concepts today, when myself along with other washed up factory juiceheads were comparing abs and listening to beats being thrown on from the live DJ at our #1 guido/guidette monster GYM in Ny/NJ, I thought that to ease the tensions I will display some pictures of my stellar 12- pack. The best towns in Bergen County NJ to get some good bathtub boogie mix are (in no particular order): Lyndhurst, Lodi, Fairview, North Bergen, Cliffside Park, and Fair Lawn. Bogota and Rutherford get an honorable mention. Most of these towns have huge guido(or wannabe guido) populations. Lodi is full of em(Tony's Deli, Vito's construction,Giuseppe's Tanning salon), Of course you have to mention Health Concepts for the sole purpose of the #1 Juicehead gym in America(They have DJ in there). For my personal mix, it requires a weekend of fun glitter wearing guidettes ready to be experimented on. The bathtub has to be totally sanitized and if Frankie, Michael, and Vito gotta be on the lookout, cause one wrong move and your bathtub adventure is over. Getting off of the topic, what are your plans tonight? I'm thinking of heading over to Metro. Lately the Georgia Home Boy has been pumpin over there, and the place is crawling with girls who work all week waitressing and spend two hours a week in tanning salons. If you get out of work early, I'll be at Health Concepts pre-gaming for tonight. We can stop at Tony's deli to pick up some fresh turkey(no bread, mayo or cheese)for after our workout too. I've been everywhere and I can honestly say that the homemade Ghb from Seaside is by far better than the crap you get in the hamptons. Vinny( the Roofer), Anthony(works at Vito's Deli in Fairview), Frankie(Personal Trainer) and Mike(owns a tanning salon) and I went to CPi last summer and totally overwhelmed the place with my triceps and bathtub boogie mix. Alan's Acres was occupied with our Tube top wearing tricia's and our secret bathtub potion. However, nothing there can compare to what we do at the shore. We take over Tempts and easily get molested by guidettes in the 10's and 20's a night. Not to mention how many bottles of my potion we put down. Jersey Shore vs. Li is no argument. I'm still around!! I had a little mishap at Tony's house a few months back. I drank the G right out of the bottle thinking it was a pina Colada. I fell out and ended up in Englewood Hospital for 4 days. Anyhow, I'm still around and ready to party again. The bathtub was recently cleaned and brought back into production.
