They knew that protesters often carried and smoked pot among other drugs, so drug laws were tightened. This way they could arrest protesters without violating civil rights. Meanwhile they started releasing anti drug propaganda to portray pot smokers as evil and insane. This was done partially to justify the new laws and partially to discredit protesters. There is no reason involved in these laws. From day one drug laws have had political or economic motives.

Thats because its not rational. They didn't sit down with scientists and socialogists to write these laws. Its all politics. There is very little correlation between laws and facts in the case of drugs.

Looking for logic or reason in drug legislation is a fruitless search. Its all just politics.

The difference between the two is that alchohol was more widely consumed, and therefore, was consumed more illegally and there was more sentiment to repeal its prohibition.

You have to be pretty desperate to go for the nutmeg, but if you are the super curious type, you need to get fresh nutmeg seeds, grind em up and mix them with whatever strong flavored drink you want to try(tastes terrible), you then ingest a tablespoon or two. YOu will want to vomit from the taste and your stomach will hurt. Depending on the potency of the seeds, you will trip for a while. Overall its a real messy drug without a big upside, but if youve got nothing better to do with your weekend, ya only live once.

I am not sure whether I like adderall more for partying or for school related applications. Its a good drug for when your friends aren't getting messed up. Doing harder stuff makes social interaction with sober people rough, adderall makes you a more active and attentive person to be around. I alway keep adderall on hand. When I get around to it I am going to get myself a perscription.

Its my belief that you can find talanted people and good music in almost any genre except country and this new rock garbage that limp bizkit spearheads... who likes this stuff. Modern punk annoys the piss out of me too, pop has taken over the punk sound. Punk was never really about good music anyway.

I don't get out as often as Id like so I am not really up to speed on where to find a good party. My friends and I are going out friday night. They want to hear some good beats. I just want to hang out and dance to anything good.
