I guess this is gonna be like a mini book review so bear with me:
A fucking child could read this book in a matter of 5 hours first off...but it was still a good read. By the end of the book its almost to the point that I would be completely comfortable with doin roids. Also, its funny how he wants all credit for introducing steroids to baseball, like he's some kind of Pablo Escobar. All in all, it was definately entertaining and worth the $25

I was training this guy the other day and he wasnt even grunting he was SCREAMING, in the beginning it as nice cuz he was getting himself pumped and putting up good weight. After awhile it was just straight embarressing. So I mean i cant help but grunt or make some sort of noise but thats to a certain extent. Shit is heavy
