I do I do. I didn't get to work out very much at all at the beginning of the year, so I'm not as strong as I was before, but I'm a lot more physically fit overall b/c I had to run so much this year.

I've used ripped fuel for over 2 years on and off and done a lot of research about it. I used it a lot during wrestling season to help cut/maintain weight and maintain a light diet. You have to be careful w/it though. You really shouldn't drink if you're taking it or if you are dehydrated. A rugby player from Radford actually died b/c he was severely dehydrated from drinking the night before, and then popped like 4 ripped fuel before a game, and he ended up going into cardiac arrest b/c his heart was trying to work to hard. What it is is a dietary supplement that is a thermogenic w/caffiene. It raises your heart rate and heats up your body so that you burn calories faster, and the caffiene gives you energy to keep going. You really supposed to take 2 pills in the morning instead of breakfast, 2 pills after lunch and then 2 pills before you work out. Just make sure you stay hydrated though, and it does wonders for cutting weight. The reason you're not hungry when you take it is b/c it is a supplement, that's another added bonus of why I took it while I wrestled.

Ok... here's my story. I haven't done anything while I'm at VMI, b/c I didn't want to risk it. I was gone @ Fort Pickett on army FTX and apparently some guy got busted for selling coke, and so the admin brought drug dogs in and searched the place. I've never done anything here and neither have my roommates, but for some reason or another the dogs barked. So this morning the deputy commandant wakes me up and takes me and my roomies to a room w/like 12 other cadets. they said that the dogs found multiple alerts on multiple items in everyone's room. that can't make us take a test, but if u plead the 5th you would be dismissed. so i took the test. the only thing is i rolled at buzz like 2 weeks ago, but i drink plenty of water and run 3 miles every other day so i should be straight. i contacted the American Civil Liberties Union though to see if they'll take my case, b/c there have already been other cases of public/state schools (vmi IS a state school) forcing students to take drug tests. in the cases the schools were found to be in the wrong. the admin has no documentation of the dogs "alerting" in my room, it wasn't even police dogs, and i'm not a NCAA athelete or on scholarship so they shouldn't be able to threaten me w/dismissal for refusing a test.

ok I got this cd that is a set that acosta played like a year ago and it's got this real tight track at the very end. The only vocals it has is "they're tracking us"... i dunno if anyone will know what it is cuz that's not a lot of info, but if u do PLEASE tell me
