    The legendary booty dj’s DJ Funk and DJ Assault will make a return trip to the city where they have done so many sold out events. The event is set to take place at the Bucking Beaver Wednesday, October 30th.

    Grand Rapids, September 09, 2002: Grand Rapids seems to be DJ Funk’s second home to Chicago. Nearly every event he has done in the area has been an overwhelming success. That is why his return trip to Grand Rapids on Wednesday October 30th is highly anticipated. The “Hit It From Tha Back Tour” also features another marquee name, DJ Assault. These two are responsible for dance floor anthems such as “Ass N’ Titties”, “Work It, Work It”, and more. Other DJ’s that will also be performing are Stubby & “Drumz”, DJ J Dubb and DJ Dunn. Stubby & “Drumz” has been a late addition to the show. This duo features one on the bongo’s while the other lays pounding house beneath. This is definitely something to see!

    “Detroit’s Finestâ€, Collaboration of DJ’s set to showcase in Eastern Michigan

    Ypsilanti MI, July 20th, 2002: Wavy Productions and Pep Show Entertainment will be displaying some of Detroit’s finest Disc Jockeys in Ypsilanti, MI. This will be the summer’s biggest event at the Wooden Nickel nightclub. The headlining DJ’s that will be performing are DJ Godfather, DJ Cue, Mike Stroggs, DJ Don Q, DJ G-Raw, Len Swan, DJ Dunn, DJ Mason, and DJ Junior. Supporting DJ’s that are performing are DJ 7:30, DJ Yookie, DJ Restrick and more. Here is the pertinent information

    · Doors open at 5 p.m. Ages 18 and up are welcome. Cover charge is $10 (all day).

    About The DJ’s:

    Are six headlining DJ’s are some of the most well know DJ’s in Detroit. Godfather, Cue, and Stroggs headline for WDRQ or 93.1 FM Don Q, and G-Raw are currently working for WJLB or FM 98. Len Swan is still considered a part of the WJLB family. DJ Dunn is a monthly resident at Tonic Nightclub in Pontiac and Shaboom’s in Mt. Pleasant. Dunn recently signed a deal with Shattered Records(ohio) for a mix compilation release this year. DJ Mason is one of the promising DJ’s that work’s in the college market. DJ Junior is has team up with some up incoming MC’s to form Pep Show Entertainment. DJ Restrick comes from Canada and is the house DJ at Rector Night Club in Windsor. DJ 7:30 is the #1 draft pick for Wavy Productions this years. He plans to help DJ Mason tour the college market. DJ Yookie is a resident DJ at the Wooden Nickel.
